Gaby the owner was able to get me in the next day, I have a Mercedes Benz so I knew my car would take a little longer because of the parts, but I was so wrong. I had my car back and almost as new within a few days. Not only is this place extremely friendly and will treat you like family but the job the did was truly amazing! I will be coming back here if I ever need to and highly highly recommend

My Toyota Highlander on the other hand was pretty smashed up, to the point where initially after looking at the photos - my insurance company said that more than likely they would be paying me for the entire vehicle instead of repairing it. I guess they assumed the repairs would cost them more than paying me for what my vehicle was worth. After the insurance expert evaluated and estimated that the vehicle was repairable and that it would cost them less than what my vehicle was worth they offered to have it repaired at a shop of their choice or mine. Long story short, the young man that was driving the Bronco that I rear ended was a fellow Military Veteran who recommended Gabby at Value Collision to repair my vehicle. After doing a lot of research on local collision repair shops, which included talking to a few shop owners and looking at their online reviews, I opted to call Ms. Gabby Guzman, the shop owner of Value Collision. Gabby was very nice, straight forward and to the point. I had my insurance company deliver my vehicle to her shop. A few days later my vehicle was ready for pickup. It now looks brand new, as if has never been in an accident. Ms. Gabby dealt with my insurance company and even waived my deductible. There are no words to express how impressed and grateful I am with Gabby's professionalism and the amazing quality of the work they did on my vehicle. If you need your vehicle repaired properly and in a timely manner, look no further go to Value Collision. Call Gabby before you take your vehicle anywhere, I highly recommend her!

I had recently inherited my dad's C4 corvette Indy pace car and wanted the convertible top fixed, as it didn't seal and let in water, along with several cosmetic touches like adding visors. After several months they called and said it was ready to go. I should have refused immediately when they said they replaced my convertible top with one that no longer had an inner liner, so it looked tacky and not remotely the quality of the one I already had on it. Further, the "new" top still didn't seal and had visible gaps at the windows still allowing rain in. Also, it was clearly used and NOT new. As we tried to leave, my car ran out of gas before we exited the property, because they had clearly been driving it a lot. Then in the 1/4 mile drive to get on 635, the "brand new" visor literally fell off and was dangling by the exposed wire (see pic and text with timeline). They hadn't screwed it back in or lined up the screws. I called them immediately and they claimed they had too much business and asked it I could drop it off in a few weeks when things calmed down. I called close to a dozen times over the following 6 months and they never would see me much less agree to fix their shoddy work. Other than the fact that they had literally had it for 6 months, the push for me to get it back was due to my wife's birthday the next day and we planned to go for a ride. SO disappointing. Further, they tried to overcharge me by thousands. I found NEW parts at full retail prices in the official corvette book and they were all less than they were charging me for the crappy used parts they put on my car. DO NOT trust them with anything you care about.
