I had discussed my own vehicle a black 2006 F150 with him at the time my grandmother's vehicle was having issues and I advised him that I would bring it to him for the needed repairs when the time came. I called the phone number for the business provided on Google and a female answered the phone. From the very beginning of the conversation she was extremely unprofessional. I informed her of everything that I have written above. I stated that I was simply trying to figure out if this was the same repair shop that my grandmother had work done at due to the fact that it's a very large building with multiple businesses located inside it and I couldn't remember the business name. The female accused me of trying to sell her something. After I informed her that that was not the case she asked me what my grandmother's name was so she could "look it up" before I even finished telling her the name she said that they've never had a client by that name. This female was rude and ugly the entire conversation. There is no place for behavior like that in the customer service industry. Upon reading the reviews on Yelp and seeing that the owner's name is Dave, I now know that this is the shop that I had intended on bringing my vehicle to to have repaired.
