I brought my brand-new 2025 truck to 360 on July 13th for a few small dents on the driver-side door…read moreand paid $1,900 for the repair and to match the truck's sheen. I picked it up July 21st and everything initially looked great. One week later, the repaired door became noticeably duller than the rest of the truck. I contacted 360 and brought it back on August 5th. They refinished the door, but the exact same issue returned 11 days later. I contacted the owner, Frank, and brought it back a third time. I picked it up August 29th. Shortly afterward, the driver-side door began getting stuck and would not open normally. On September 19th, I had the same issue again and could clearly see that the interior door was damaged and the pins were not lining up properly with the door frame, creating a crack. I contacted Frank, but received no response, so I went to the shop personally. Frank insisted they never removed the interior door panel and refused to take responsibility for the damage. When I asked why my brand-new truck had never experienced these problems before their work, his response was, "Maybe because it's a work truck?" It is not a work truck; it is my personal vehicle. When I expressed my disappointment, Frank became hostile, repeatedly cursed at me, and told me to " F*** you, get the f*** off the property." As I was leaving, he followed me out of the parking lot in a black Chevrolet truck. After paying $1,900 and making multiple trips back to the shop, I expected the work to be done correctly and the business to stand behind it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 360 Auto Group. If you use them, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle and documenting everything before leaving the property.

Beautiful color, but unfortunately, with the model year being 19 years ago, and only that one year, Yamaha quit making the spare parts years ago, and none were available worldwide. Trust me, I looked. What was available were the same parts from one of the less desirable years and colors, so I bought 2006 parts, in Cobalt Blue, and went looking for someone to paint them. Based on Paint Perfect's fantastic reviews, I ventured north to Florence to see Tanner, and asked if he could make the parts the right color, so I could get my FJR back together again. He told me yes, and he sure did! Great kid, fantastic work ethic, and almost as picky as me, which is 10 times pickier than most of y'all! After getting estimates from a few different body shops, I ended up going with Nova Body Shop and…read moreI'm really glad I did. From the very beginning, they treated me like a person instead of just another insurance claim or dumb girl walking into a car shop. One thing that immediately stood out was that they actually asked me, "How perfect do you want this to look?" That might sound like a small question, but it wasn't. They took the time to explain my options instead of automatically pushing the most expensive repair possible, which I really appreciated. I have a 2015 and so it doesn't need to look fresh off the lot. Their estimate also came in **significantly** lower than another shop I visited, but at no point did it feel like they were cutting corners. The repair quality was excellent, and my Mazda looks fantastic again. What really earned this review, though, was the top notch customer service. When they noticed my Mazda emblem had cracked, they replaced it for me. During the conversation I jokingly mentioned making it pink... and they actually custom did it. It's such a fun little personal touch that makes me smile every time I walk up to my car. Most body shops fix your vehicle and send you on your way. Nova managed to fix my car and make the experience pain free and memorable. Nobody wants to spend $$$ on body work, but if you have to, it's nice knowing you're working with people who are honest, communicate well, and genuinely care about their customers. Hopefully I won't need another body shop anytime soon... but if I do, Nova will absolutely be my first call.
