I was especially upset because this was the exact area that Rock Collision had repaired for me just a few months ago. When I called, they immediately told me to bring it in so someone could take a look and see if anything could be done, maybe even buff it out. When I arrived, Frankie came out personally, buffed out the transferred red paint, and made the damage look so much better. He also pointed out two small spots where the paint had chipped and explained that they would need touch-up paint. He even told me exactly what to ask the dealership for and said that if I didn't feel comfortable doing the touch-up myself, I could just bring it back and he would help me with it. This level of customer service is rare these days. Rock Collision truly cares about their customers, takes pride in their work, and treats people with kindness and honesty. It's refreshing to do business with a company that is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair or body work.

The pearl white paint was gouged out, and on a bright white car, that's a pretty painful eyesore. I bought the car from Hertz Car Sales in Killeen and they assured me they would fix the damage. They had me sign a "We Owe" form where they would essentially allow me to bring my car back to their lot and they'd repair the damage. When I brought the car back, they had a contractor work on it, but he didn't improve it at all. So my salesman sent me to the International Collision Center in downtown Killeen. I'm glad he did. Of all the vehicle maintenance I've had, this was easily the best place I've gone to. The place is a little hard to find--it's a small business that opened its doors in 2016 so it appears to still be working on its outreach--but once I was in the door, the customer interaction was world class. After a few phone calls, I scheduled a time to bring my car in. When I made it there, I was immediately greeted by the owner. His name is Lenny, and in speaking with him for a bit before I turned my car over, I learned very quickly that this guy has spent a lifetime working hard to provide several good services for his customers. Lenny's worked in the automotive industry for the majority of his life and recently decided to start his own business. He's done a great job so far. On top of the body work I needed, I decided to get my windows tinted, too. He said, "Yeah, we can tint your windows, man. We can do pretty much anything!" He talked a lot about honesty with his customers and how important it is to keep it real with them. He got to know me and seemed genuinely interested in learning about his clientele. I appreciated that a lot. It definitely helps that he's an attractive and charming guy who actually smiles for a change, too. By the end of the entire transaction, the eyesore was gone and the windows were tinted. He also charged a very fair price for the work and gave me a lifetime warranty for the window tint. In the future, I look forward to keeping in touch with this team and helping them spread the word. Lenny made me feel comfortable and kept it real. I think that's the kind of service we're all looking for when we need a helping hand.

I had my work done over two months ago. I had a body kit installed and grill lights installed…read more They asked permission to drill into my bumper to install the defuser. I said ok. This attempt was due to a complete misunderstanding of how to properly install a defuser. I received the car back late hours of the night but the owner was kind enough to drive it to my house where he tells me he "gave it a try" on the highway. Brand new 2026 Honda sport. I couldn't believe he was that unprofessional. Within two weeks the body kit was falling off and the grill lights had come out of place. What's worse is the my car had over 9 warnings on the dash now. I took it to Honda, the tech said the bodywork guy did not reattach any of the sensors when he put the bumper back on. Cost me $250. Lemme back up- we agreed on $1000 because "he takes care of vets". After the works is done and he's at my house he pulls out his phone for payment and asks for $1,250. I honestly just felt bad for the guy so I paid but I was pretty angry. Fast forward- I call JC and tell him about the $250 he says he'll fix it and make it right. A month goes by, body kit still hanging, lights still hanging and no $250 reimbursement for his techs mess-up. We made plans to fix the car. He calls me on the date of the work and says his dog died. We need to reschedule. A month later we set a date and he never calls to confirm a time. We reschedule for the next week. I call him before leaving my house because now I don't trust him at all... He can't make it "my father's in the hospital". I was as patient and understanding as any normal person could be and then some. He has said he moved houses, hired new techs, and given me just about every reason as to why he won't fix my car. He also stated that he does not specialize in "body kits" but took the work anyway as "a favor". JC the person is a man who is simply trying to make it, he just doesn't have his priorities straight and lacks professionalism and integrity. I will never use them again and hope this post serves as a warning to those considering him and Concierge.
