12/3/2024 Wife's car had gentle damage to the Rt Front fender. Chose this collision center over another shop just down the street after researching reviews. ( you know, it's that shop with the irritating radio commercial. ) This business did not have a fancy, brightly lit business front. However, don't let the humble appearance fool you. This place does QUALITY work ! The estimator - Daphne - is a seasoned estimator. I was given a very reasonable guesstimate and 2 days later, a written estimate to approve. They estimated 2 plus weeks to get it all fixed up - got the brand new looking car back 10 days later. Seriously , you can't tell it was repaired. The gaps between fender and the hood and the fender and the passenger door are PERFECT ! This is a local business doing quality work!! I was pleased at the professionalism and quality of work. I had an insurance covered wreck in my Class A Motorhome and was looking for someone to repair it back to new. I found Alliance Collision Center right up the road between Georgetown and Jerell on I35. The check in was easy and quick. The repair came in bits and pieces but Phil completed the job and discussed each step with me before doing the work. He even threw in a few minor repairs to make up for the delays. Can't be trusted! My father is an elderly disabled veteran. His truck was involved in a minor accident. The repairs were not covered by insurance. The shop told him his truck was 'damaged beyond repair' and a total loss. It couldn't be fixed. It had frame damage. The parts they purchased do not fit due to the misaligned frame. The tire and rim were also damaged behind repair. My dad would need a new frame. It's unlikely they can find one in a timely fashion. They gave him the phone number of their buddy that buys salvaged vehicles. My dad, in dispair, believing his truck was a total lost, sold his vehicle to the friend. When we arrived to get our belongings, the truck was fixed. The new part was put on. The tired was replaced with the full size spare from under the truck. All in the same spot where it sat when we were told, it's 'beyond repair'. I was in disbelief! I'm saddened that they took advantage of my father. It frustrates me shops like this still exist. They seemed so honest and sincere when explaining the damages. FlimFlam! I'm disgusted! They didn't charge my dad for the estimate or storage. No need to. They helped a friend get an $8000 truck for $2000.....that's all. Had this been their father or grandfather, would they want someone to do the same? How would they feel that someone took advantage of their elderly loved one? I called the guy to ask to cancel the sale. We will return the money. He was rude with me wanting to argue. I told him, it was just a request. I wasn't trying to argue or cause trouble. Buyer Beware. The use the fact the are contracted to fix police cars and emergency vehicles for the county to gain your trust. They may be honest and upfront for those guys; even for insurance companies but not for the underrepresented like my dad. read more

This place is more than 5 stars. I had my car towed here because they had the best reviews in the area. They did not disappoint. Although they weren't able to do the repairs on my vehicle, Phil recommended a place that would be able to. I can understand how it can be frustrating to have a shop not be able to do the repairs, Phil went over the call of duty to make sure he steered me to someone who could. He has been over the top helpful and thorough through this process. Anytime I had any questions, Phil would be quick to respond back to my texts. He sent so many photos in order for me to understand what he was talking about. The entire staff at this shop were truly exceptional with customer service. Phillip, worked with us through the process. Our Travel Trailer (brand new) got side swiped going 55. Lady was probably texting. The damage down the side was not terrible but did require the whole front and 28 foot side to be redone. This meant special order parts from Coachman(rv manufacture). That takes a while. Phillip was wonderful at communicating the whole way through. He even responded to my texts at 9PM. The wait for some few non vital parts from Coachman, meant the trailer was not fully done (cosmetically)! We had to go pick up the trailer due to a family function we needed it for. Phillip and his guys went out of there way to ready, which meant putting on parts, sealing areas, and many things that just added hours of work on for him which he would later have to redo. Phillip was gracious and accommodating the whole time. He went the extra mile, and the result was awesome. When he was done, the side hatch on my new trailer actually was better sealed and operated better than it came from the manufacture. Very happy! If Phillip did not own his own business, I would be trying to hire him myself. You don't get good customer service like that much anymore. Love my trailer! Our motorhome was taken to Alliance Collision Centers on or about 8/8/19 by a disreputable RV rental company to repair damage from two accidents sustained while in the care of said rental company. After numerous calls and emails, we finally picked up the motorhome on 10/31/19 and not all of the damage was repaired. The owner has refused to provide an itemization of what they did do and the motorhome mysteriously has about 1800 more miles on it than when the insurance company did the estimate. The owner has refused to provide an explanation. While some of the work they did do was satisfactory, the lack of response and telling us that parts were ordered when manufacturer says they weren't or stating work would be done by a particular date and not completing it by that days is inexcusable.
