The service tech did not perform a service on my 2010 BMW but informed did refer me to someone that did...they also have consistently been 1000+ dollars cheaper on my quotes between them and EuroTech for the same job. EuroTech did a fantastic job previously but they have to much business and came off a little disappointing in my conversation and told me to sell my car it wasn't worth repairing...I have my car the repair is 2000 dollars verses their 5600 dollars...nuff said...I have been with them for the last 8 years but never distrusted their price until last year and this one both time AutoEuphoria beat them. Took my nice bmw here and still going through the nightmare... This place kept my car 3 months for 40hrs of work. Received my car back with a Service Engine Soon light, sun damaged paint, rusted rotors that sat and soaked in the rain, deflated tires from sun damage, missing engine screws in the cover and faulty airbag... This place likely stole my new parts and swapped them for used parts. I communicated directly with owner Joe Brown on all repairs. He was dishonest at best. Owner won't take a calls regarding ongoing issues with work this shop did.. won't speak directly with me before or after paying $7K. Car sat on lot uncovered and in the rain for 3 months. Owner ordered wrong parts 3 different times. Worse experience ever and very little effort goes into the work you pay for in terms of quality. Per service agent they had 90 cars out and only 6 garages. POOR WRAP SERVICE from PR WRAPS.. increased my quote after dealing with this shop and qualitywas awful after a week of having car... I could have done better myself (dont use PR Wraps/ PR Autowerks). Wrap was peeling by the time i drove the car home after paying $550.. Original quote $330.. Missing part numbers, false documents, misleading ownership And conducted illegal business regarding my vehicle and left out service record in computer system to shoe no record of my brand new intercooler install... classic bait n switch operation assuming zero responsibility. my new items all appear used. Great customer service... they just saved me about $2,000!! I went to Freedom Country... formerly part of Dodge Country today at 8am for an oil change and because my check engine light came on a few days ago. I was called 2 hours later & told I had a CYL 2 misfire and needed my cylinder head replaced for $2,746.74!! I decided to pay the diagnostic fee and go to Auto Euphoria for a 2nd opinion. Best euorpean auto mechanic in Killen, TX. My Mercedes GL450 was in very rough shape after my air struts went out on a 900mile drive back to Harker Heights, TX, from across the state. After bringing the car into the shop at Auto Euphoria, we discovered this caused extensive damage to the entire suspension, the Oil filter stand and oil cooler gaskets, and the steering rack and steering pump. Nichole worked tirelessly to salvage the parts she could, even cleaning rust out of the thread inserts to help save me from ordering a new front driveshaft. I can not thank her enough! This is the best auto shop experience I have had. Everything was highly detailed, with images of all the broken parts and the steps needed to fix them. On top of that, Adam kept me in the loop every step of the way via text and phone, customer service is defiantly a priority, and the pride in work shows. I inherited my father's 1996 Dodge Dakota when he passed away six months ago. He purchased it new in 1995, and it only has 67K miles; however, it had sat outside and had not been properly maintained for several years. It need body work, upholstery work, and finally, some mechanical work. Based on the recommendation of another shop that had done some excellent work for me, I took the truck to Auto Euphoria for both routine maintenance and some repairs. In addition to that easy work, they found some serious problems that would probably have left me stranded on a future road trip. I brought my 2011 Chevy Cruz to the shop due to a bad smell of burning oil. Adam and his crew did an awesome job with repairing the issue on my leaking Cruz . A little pricey but great job. I had my 2003 Mustang in for a check engine light today. I had an idea what the problem was because O'Reilly Auto parts had scanned it on Sunday for free. So i was thinking of taking it to Firestone in HH. I called and Firestone quoted me 90.00 for the part that O'Reilly had in stock for 29.00. Quite a markup i would say!! So i was trying to check some other places out when my daughter reminded me that she had her Chevy Tahoe repaired at Auto Euphoria two years ago and she was very pleased with the the service she received from them. So I called and spoke with a gentleman named Walt. He was pleasant and professional and I felt comfortable leaving my car there. There shop is spotless by the way. A couple hours later he called me and said O'Reilly's scan was correct and it would be 117.00 to replace the part which was the crankshaft position sensor. Firestone on Sunday gave me a estimate of over 500.00 dollars for the highly marked up part and estimate of 3 to 4 hours labor!! My wife a daughter picked the car up at noon. So this has been a long post but bottom line if you want honest, friendly and professional auto repair look no further than Auto Euphoria and ask for Walt. You will not be disappointed !! Heater Not Blowing Hot Air 2010 Jeep Liberty (14000 miles on vehicle) Dec 27th - Took car to Auto Euphoria for diagnostic. Few hours later the guy (who later I found out is the owner) called and said no error codes and the coolant system needed to be flushed. I asked how much and he said $155 (little pricy in this town) and then I ask what was the next step if the flush didn't work and I got "I don't know from the owner" I'm a little frustrated now and ask again and said I need to know based off what I might have to pay and again "I don't know" so now I'm angry and said I'm coming to get car. Get there and we have discussion about cost and not knowing is a poor answer. So he goes and gets the mechanic and we talk about what will happen if flush doesn't work. I let them do the flush and go to pick up car later and mechanic arrives with car after test drive, walks in and says its fixed and the heater is blowing hot air now. We pay and leave. After arriving home (1.5 miles from garage) I check the heater and it feels luke warm (same as when we took it in). That evening I took it for about a 10 miles drive and heater is not fixed. Dec 28th - Wife drives car across town and around and tells me it's still not working. Dec 29th - Call Auto Euphoira and explain heater is still the same and not been fixed. Joe the owner says bring it in. We drop it off around 10am and never got an calls thru the day. Went over around 4:30 pm and car was sitting there and another guy looked around went to back and came out gave us the key and said it's fixed. I took it that evening for a test drive and again nothing fixed after they say they changed the thermostat. Dec 30th - Looked under car at home and about a half cup of coolant leaked all over drive way over night. I'm very angry now. Call Auto Euphoria and they tell me to bring it over. They keep it several hours and when I went to pick it up, I was told that it was excess coolant dripping off the frame cross member (Ii took it for a 10 mile test drive night before) . I get told a pressure test was done and nothing was leaking (Got told the heater was fixed twice and it hasn't been fixed, so I don't believe too much from this place now). Bottom line this not the place to take your car. I've been told two times the car was fixed and it wasn't. (Big Failure for Honesty at this place) Personally I think a hose was loose and they had to tighten to fix the leak. The owner of this business seems to have no maintenance back ground and doesn't take the time to explain to the customer what needs to happen so we can figure out how much cost might be. This place subbed out work to fix my truck but we're suppose to fix the break line and never did. So when I got my truck back from auto body my brakes didn't work. Like for real also for some reason they didn't fix my tire pressure system even though I never had that problem before the wreck. I wanted that done and fixed and made it very clear. There response was insurance didn't pay for it. Isn't that why you supplement that because they aren't going to know what's all wrong. Now I have to pay out of my pocket for it. I washed my truck yesterday and they missed 2 lug nuts on my tire when they took it off or didn't tighten them all the way which is also not safe. There was a weather strip under the back seat of my truck to where idk. The plastic protector under my wheel well is in my front seat with a bolt missing not put on. So don't ever come here it's just bull shit after bull shit. Now I have to pay for this bullshit and lug nuts. Also my wife went to pick up the truck after the breaks got fixed and the guy there said to my wife that she's tan, well duh she Mexican fucking idiot. Then said "look at my tan line" and lifted up his shirt and showed his stomach to her like she wanted to see all that.
