I recently formed my own company and needed decals on the new truck. The team at Austin Design Co came recommended by a friend of mine. They were able to take my design concept and turn it into a reality. Outstanding work!!

From first contact to finished product, Austin Sign Co was a top notch experience. I handed them a tall task (full wrap if a huge van) and they finished it in a timely manner and at a great price. They were patient with my design tweaks and were very helpful in finalizing a great design!

See! There is no sign there. They got it down quickly, efficiently and with no problems.

When I was closing my business, I got myself in a bind using a freelancer to take down my outdoor lighted sign. Because, the guy never showed up. Rusty and Austin sign company RESCUED me by getting the sign down within a few hours of my calling. They saved me all kinds of grief from my ex-landlord and corporate (I owned a franchise) at an extremely reasonable rate. Plus, Rusty is very friendly, understanding and smart: the epitome of customer service. Without question, at my next business I will use these folks for everything I can think of and they are willing to do.

We've been using Austin Sign Co now for over five years. We're a small business and every dollar counts. If you run a business yourself you know the trepidation that comes with reaching out to an external company to get some service done. Thankfully. Austin Sign Co is nothing but the top tier of excellence. Throughout the time we've worked with them, Austin Sign Co has been professional and executed to the highest standard. They did a full wrap of our puppy transportation van - passenger and driver's side, as well as back - and they have done every banner for every service we've needed. Their prices are fantastic, the quality is top bar, and their turn around time expedient. And, just as a side note, working with them on a human level is a pleasure. This is a factor that seems to be lost in many ways, but it isn't lost here. If you are looking to get professional quality work done you can't do better than Austin Sign Co.

The company is the perfect match for a business owner who wants an affordable, friendly, professional full service print shop! They take the stress out of design, ordering and even knowing what to order. I ordered trifold brochures (super high quality paper), real estate signs (several sizes) and even a window perf for the back of my van. They designed everything to my satisfaction! They were so easy to work with!

A few years ago, at the recommendation of the North Austin Porsche dealership, I took my Porsche to…read morethis shop and had the hood, the two doors, and the side view mirrors covered. It wasn't cheap. I was told that if it looked bad, it would be replaced at no cost (by the previous manager Kristianna Garcia who no longer works there). Since then, I have had quite a few dings. I'm not at the point where the whole thing needs to be replaced, so I didn't think I'd have a problem. I called and asked if I could possibly have a few little pieces that I could cut to try to fit over the open areas, and the person I talked to, said they couldn't do that, that I could come down and they would take a look at it. That's an hour or an hour and a half, just one way. I asked if the manager could could just mail me little pieces, and the manager had said no--and he said they couldn't do that. I even offered to send him a self addressed stamped envelope, and he declined. I told him I would not show those pieces to their competitors, and they still wouldn't agree to it. So I told them when I was finished, I was going to write a review, and they weren't going to like it. But it's the truth. What I think looks bad, they may look at it and say it didn't look bad. So it's relative? Again, all I am asking for is a few little scraps mailed to me. If you're going to have work done here, just think about it. If you have problems in the future, you may run into a bunch of excuses.

For starters the previous owner turned off charging tax to clients and when the new owner realized he wasn't collecting tax he threatened to charge myself and the tinter to deduct it from our checks. I fixed the problem. And told the owner I didn't appreciate being threatened because of his lack of knowledge. Secondly, he's collecting tax on labor which is cheating clients. It's is NOT a retail business, it's a service. You don't pay tax on labor, secondly if you want to collect tax on tint you have to have an itemized receipt. Once I brought this up the new owner didn't care about what's right... he doesn't know tax laws. Please stay away from this location. Go to Round Rock or the Austin location where the ownership has a clue. If you've been to this location in the past month and paid money I would fight the charges. You have been taken advantage of.

Unfortunately, their print department must have seen both files in the submission and printed the wrong one. When I contacted them, I was polite and willing to work with them. I even offered to ship the banner stands back so they could just print the correct file and reinstall it. Instead, they insisted they had done everything right and told me the only fix was to reprint (not me sending the bases back but doing the whole project again) -- and that I'd have to pay for it, minus $500. They are more concerned with short term margins than long term relationships. That's not acceptable. I didn't make the mistake -- they did. A company that won't take responsibility for their own printing errors isn't one I'll be doing business with again. If you're looking for a printer for large or recurring orders, find one that values accountability. BuildASign doesn't. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.
