I'd been looking for a way to tint the windows on my front door for a few weeks when I walked by North Loop Sign after a few beers at Workhorse. Funny, because I never noticed them before but a few beers and a nice stroll helped me see all the cool little shops in north loop a little clearer. Including North Loop Sign. Anyway, they have pretty much what I was looking for in their windows so I asked them to do the same for my front door and they said 'of course!'. I was packing for a business trip to exhibit at a conference in Austin and realized that my banner was missing. In a panic I called North Loop Sign & Graphics 4 hours before they closed for the weekend. Nick told me that he could get it printed, assembled, and delivered to my hotel before 5 that day. Nick at North Loop Sign is super helpful and professional! We had a street sign made for our new Dog Daycare Business. We did not know exactly what type of sign we needed so we went to North Loop Sign in person and met with Nick and he was nice enough to show us a lot of different options and recommended what was best for our purposes and our budget. Their prices are very competitive. We were so pleased with how our front sign came out, that we went back to North Loop Sign a few days later and asked for two more signs! One to hang on our front porch of our business and one large logo sign to hang in our lobby. For the exterior sign Nick was smart and recommended a gloss finish to help it hold up over time in the elements. For the interior lobby sign Nick recommended a matte finish so that there would not be a glare when people stand in front of it to take pictures. I am so glad that he cared enough to make these recommendations to ensure we were happy with the signs! These guys did a great job! I worked with Dovin to get some vinyl signage added for my office building. He was very responsive, stayed true to his quote and was able to get the work done quickly and accurately. When he saw one of the decals turned out smaller than expected, he came back the next day with the proper sized one and installed it at no extra charge. Highly recommend! read more

I sent over a graphic design to Nick that I needed made into a vinyl decal. I wasn't sure about colors, so I stopped by the shop to look at them in person. The staff was very helpful in working with me, and even helped clean up some stray lines in my drawing to make the graphic turn out correct. On Monday I met with Nick for a ultra hot fast print job. He did the layout in an hour and had it ready in an hour, fantastic. That is the end of the good news! Nick said he would call us when job arrived since he was unsure if it would be in Wednesday or Thursday, but assured us it would definitely be in before close of business Thursday. Based on this I lined out volunteers to distribute the materials. Thursday came and went with no call from Nick. I had to apologize to the volunteers and candidate, major egg on my face thanks to Nick. I. Called him on Friday wondering what had happened. Nick's excuse was he missed the call from other printer. A BIG lie since the boxes had FedEx labels on them! Then when I got there to pickup the materials, Nick wasn't even there and his staff were extremely rude and argumentative. I do not know about the other prior reviews, but I would never trust him! read more
