I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

I said I didn't need to send it the fastest way, they said that doesn't change the price. I said that can't possibly be right, they insisted it was. Notably, they didn't give different prices for different tiers of service, just a single price and they said that was it. I went home and looked it up, and of course staff had quoted only the highest tier service (Express), which is about twice the price of a lower tier (Expedited).
