I truly enjoyed working with Rural Rooster. Everyone was very friendly. I especially loved working with Audrey. Audrey is the person who first responded to my inquiry via email. Her quick replies and friendly tone in her emails sold me on going with Rural Rooster. When I met with her she was just as kind in person as she was communicating by email. So kudos to her! Jonathan also helped me with my order. He provided quick responses to my inquires and questions. So kudos to him! They provided me with a good quote, they worked on my logo, provided me with proofs, the proofs sparked a new idea for my logo, they were open to using a logo created by my friend and they were quick to make the changes I requested. My kids and i are happy with the product as well, not just the service. They made the whole process easy and quick. I recommend this place.

The quality of the printing was atrocious, it was worse than using an iron on, after the first wash colors has bled and parts of the outline were actually flaking off. While I understand that our 20 shirt order is not a big order there is a standard that should be set for all orders. The only positives about the experience was that they got our order done on time (although I would have rather waited for higher quality), and they did discount the shirts after we complained. Do not fall for the slick website, the work is mediocre. Do as I will do next year and find a different shop.

Cristal (who heads up the company) is incredibly easy to work with, helped educate us on the digital printing process (what works best versus what doesn't), and has an excellent eye for detail. The quality of her work speaks for itself. We simultaneously worked with other print shops in Austin that care much less about what they do and have produced less quality work than Cristal so we decided to take as much of our business to her as possible. Highlights? (1) Super quick turn-around (2) Quality work at a fair price (3) Good eye for detail (4) Relatively-central location with easy highway access (5) Will print samples prior to doing big runs so you know you're getting what you want OurSocietee is a jewel in the Austin printing biz and I'm super glad to have found them.

OurSocietee was able to get the shirts finished in time for our celebration dinner (4 business days) and they looked great! Exactly what I wanted. The only problem I had was finding the place. My GPS took me close, but there aren't any signs outside that I could see. So I had to call to get directions.

John was amazing with quotes, design ideas, and communicating all steps in the process. It seems like just a few days ago we were asking for quotes on our Raglan baseball-style shirts from 7-8 different companies. John at Industry was the only one to simplify this process, offer easy ways to format our art (which saved a few bucks), and have a sample shirt on hand for us to check out before we ordered. We set up the order, and within a few days the job was done! Oh, let's not forget the pricing. Outstanding! These shirts were printed for a school district department/event, and even with the upgraded shirt option, the quote came in way under the other three for the same art printed on a standard/cheap t-shirt (some of the other companies didn't even reply with a quote for our job. :( ) Don't doubt these most recent 5-star reviews. If you need it done quickly and correctly, go with Industry. We'll be back with them next year, guaranteed.
