I stopped by twice last week, was told I could go to the website to design my business card. I failed, was unable to find where that would happen on the website and today again I tried to stop in for assistance doors locked. Made 4 phone calls from the parking lot, no one is answering their phone, just directs to the website. Walked up to the door twice, guess they just don't need business. He walked me through every step of the process. The order was ready in an hour and under $70. I'm very disappointed to have to update my review of Mike his business, Creation Station. I put in a simple order for half sheet color copies and business cards which started off great. The proofs were perfect and Heath even called me to let me know that my copies were ready. The copies looked great, or do I thought. I immediately dropped the majority of them off for a client and later that day received a call saying that the logo had been partially cut off on the flyers during printing. I checked the copies I had left and sure enough it was cut off. I rechecked the proof just to make sure that the error wasn't on my end and called Creation Station to let them know about the problem and to ask for a refund on that small portion of the order. I was told that since they were only copies that it's not their fault that the logo was cut off and that the proofs don't mean anything with copies. They told me that if I wanted to ensure that the correct/full image was printed that I would have needed to order the more expensive digital brochures. Not only did they make me wait on hold for upwards of 5 minutes while trying to decide if they would refund me for their error, but they blamed me. At the end of the phone call we agreed that they would in fact refund me for the misprinted portion of the order and that I would return any remaining copies. I thought we were good. But when I went in to pick up the business cards and get the refund I was again told by Mike, the owner, that since they were just copies it was my fault and that they would only refund me for the number of copies I brought back to them. I would've brought the whole order back but they were already in my client's possession as I had explained over the phone. Not only does my business look bad because of the poor print job, but I've now spent a frustrating phone call and time in the shop begging for a refund. All this over $34 which may not seem like a lot to them, but every dollar counts when you're running a small business. In the end I received the refund after a very unpleasant conversation and was told that they didn't want my future business. Personally I wouldn't go back to a place that doesn't care about their customers' experiences and moreover blames the customer for their mistakes. What a bummer! read more

I had a exhibition, I went there and they promised me a good quality and on time print. They were late and the used bad paper and my pictures were ruined and there were lots of scratches on the prints. Then the guy tried to make excuse that "in the large scale prints its normal" he was treating me like I am an idiot. I explained that I have been doing photography for 27 years and I used to work in a printshop this does not happen if you do your job carefully. He started to make some nonsense comment and telling me that this is how it is and I have to pay. Rude, with no knowledge of print and unbelievably disturbing self confident. If you have some serious work never ever put yourself at risk by going there. read more

I've been using another local printer for a while now, but haven't really been happy with prices or service. Nothing terrible has happened, but a few times they were late on some items and I was shopping around to see what else was out there. Mike, Your employee quit due to your dishonesty. You told me to send prints back to verify the problem and I did so. I shipped 2 shipments of canvas back and one of them had marks showing the imperfections from the bad laminate. Then you told me that you would not refund because the canvas were marked on and you wanted to resale them to gain profit. I told you that you are not allowed to sale any of my limited editions especially with bad lamination. You have denied receiving the 2nd shipment that is now under investigation with the United States Post Office as Mail Fraud. There is a tracking number and the post master in AUSTIN TX has verified the delivery to your office. This has been a NIGHTMARE and very unprofessional!!! Your office refuses to answer my phone calls or emails. You have not tried to make your mistake right. I have even sent certified return receipt letters, still with no response or contact. I have only tried to get my $ refunded or my canvas reprinted. That is not too much to ask. This is only business Mike, It's not always your way. You should do the right thing. What reason would you refuse to refund $ because I marked on the canvas to show you the bad lamination. You would not be able to use the canvas anyways. read more
