I can't sing the praises of Under Pressure Screen Printing Enough. The quality of the T-shirts and…read morethe printing results were all excellent. I had to make a few changes during the time I was working with Sam and the answer from him was always "no problem." We had a huget T-shirt order, I had to change the quantities, then I decided to change which type of T-shirt I wanted and then I wanted to change the size of the image--always "no problem." I love working with a business that caters to the customer. Truly a great experience and one bonus plus that I didn't expect is that it's possible to easily park right in front of the business so no hassles. Loved it.

I needed a last minute screen printing job and was recommended to Sam, the owner of Under Pressure,…read moreby another local business who couldn't fulfill my small batch. You can either order products directly with Sam or bring your own. Sam prefers extra time to complete a job to make sure the screen print looks and works well on your products. Unfortunately, I was on a painfully tight timeline and needed this order fulfilled in a matter of days to account for shipping as well. If you need a math problem, here you go: I brought in my own bags (33, Total: $2,437.00). The screen printing job cost $333.00. After completion, Sam notified me he butchered the first bag since that was the test product, that leaves 32 viable bags. When I came home, I noticed there were 3 bags off-centered; his error, not the bag's. Each bag cost around $74. Therefore, I needed to purchase 4 more bags for him to redo (Total: $296.00). So, in addition to the $333 job order + the repurchase of additional bags due to damage ($296.00), my total order was $629.00... Though I am grateful for Sam being able to complete a rush job, I wish he would have compensated for the damage and misalignments, but it is what it is.

I like to pieces that aren't flashy, are subtle, and sparks interest so it wasn't a surprise that the 5.56 hand pressed bullet necklace in an antique finish caught my eye. I've had a lot of questions about my piece and I'm always happy to share the story of how the company was created and promote their cause. What's their cause you ask? A portion of proceeds are donated to wounded soldiers, their families, and various nonprofit organization for veterans. These guys who have served in the U.S. Navy have experienced firsthand how soldiers and their loved ones can be devastated by war and are doing something to give back to fallen heroes and veterans. Keep up the great work fellas and I look forward to seeing you achieve your dreams.

Instead of just having the note option only available when you select a "customized" box, the ability to write a note is always there so it seems like it is included. After ordering, a customer service rep sent me an email saying my note would cost another $7. When I brought up the issue of how confusing the website is, he ignored that issue entirely and curtly wrote that I would have to pay the $7. Additionally, despite ordering it as a gift, and making the recipient (mailing) name & address different than billing, some of the emails (but not all) refer to me by the gift recipient's name. This is a cool idea and I hope the product is high quality, because the interface and customer service leave MUCH to be desired.

When you enter into the shopping center lot you make an immediate right and keep going almost as if you're going to the back of the right side as far as it takes you. I did find that Google maps had the shop posted in the very front near the entrance of the shopping center, which was not the case .Nonetheless it is not hard to find because they have a big clear as day sign in front of their building , which is easy to read. Please give this local business an opportunity -in my opinion they are well worth it.
