Great service!! I ordered some embossed watch rolls for my groomsmen from Etsy, but they ended up just having a sticker on them. I was at a loss of what to do, so I called Lakeline Monogramming. I took the watch rolls in later in the day and Raz said he could laser engrave it. I left the watch rolls with him, expecting it to take a week. It's very difficult to find a place that'll do embroidery work on a single piece and even more difficult to find a company that stays open past five o'clock?!? This place could do both, so I called them. They assured me they could do the job and I headed to Lakeline Mall. They are conveniently located not far from the Al's formalwear entrance. We have managed over the past eight years of living in the area to get one or two things monogrammed every Christmas. But this time, they went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations. We brought in two of our own stockings and also purchased two from the store. We asked if at least two could possibly be finished by Friday because my husband was going into the hospital on Monday. We have this cool friend that cooks some mean bbq. I mean, Mr Franklin ain't got nothin on this guy's brisket. AND he's always willing and able and downright happy cooking for a lot of our events. So last year for his birthday, my hubby bought him a really nice brisket carving knife (bought one for himself too I might add). And as an added bonus, we thought we'd have it engraved with his name, so we took it here. Our friend is a good ole boy and his favorite things to say are "By God!" and "BALLS!!" so we thought we'd add that on there as well. First of all, we entered Lakeline mall with this huge knife in hubby's hand and whilst perusing the mall menu trying to locate the place the security guard came up to us and actually gave us directions, without even a second glance at the knife. So we walked up to the counter of the monogram place and there's a gentleman of middle eastern descent behind the counter (I'm only pointing this out so you can imagine the rest of the story...it's vital). The first thing he did was have hubby write out what we wanted on the knife. Hubby was very careful writing this very Cajun name down and then added "By God! BALLS!" The monogram guy read out loud what we wanted and it sounded like "By God BALLS!" This was the conversation that ensued: Hubby: No, no. Not God BALLS. God exclamation point space then BALLS. Maybe make BALLS a little bigger than the rest. Mongram guy ( very seriously in his accent): Ok, you want slightly bigger BALLS? Hubby: Yes I want slightly bigger BALLS. Monogram guy: okokok slightly bigger BALLS. I give you slightly bigger BALLS. Meanwhile, I am crying from holding in the laughter. They got the ball issue situated to everyone's satisfaction and we left. A week later, hubby went to pick up the knife and the BALLS! were perfect.....but our friend's name was spelled wrong. I understand his name is odd but who thinks a name should be spelled "eavx" instead of "eaux"???? The man stated he couldn't read my hubby's handwriting well even tho we had gone over everything before we left. There was no fixing the "v" into a "u" so hubby just had him redo it to hubby's knife. Now we own a knife that says By God!! BALLS!! on it. A good thing? yes but we would rather have hubby's name on the knife By God!! BALLS!!! read more

Not surprised this place has so many bad reviews. They are so bad! Please do not give these people your business. They messed up on a monogram on a holiday stocking and i asked if they could fix it or if they had any ideas since I was not happy. The man who works there started yelling at me and I asked if I could please make a suggestion and he said NO. I said, but i am the customer and he said I don't care - leave. Please please please do not use their services. I took a jacket in to get my company logo stitched in and was not pleased with the stitching of the logo. The letters were all different sizes and did not match the model that I gave. When I questioned Mohammed (the gentleman that handled my jacket) he accused me of supplying him with an improper logo and that the mistake was mine. When I asked him how we can fix this, he told me that I needed to come back with a different logo, pay for a new job and it would be fixed. I then asked him if I can just get the logo removed and he said that is another fee. I asked him if he was concerned with customer satisfaction and he said, "No, I care about getting the job done, not about your satisfaction". This saddens me greatly because I'm definitely an un-pleased customer and I immediately regret not reading the yelp reviews prior to visiting this location. Lesson learned. read more

Extremely disappointed. Completely ruined all the shirts I needed embroidered. They charged almost $50 per shirt and ultimately combined 3 simple words into 2! After spending 30 minutes explaining this simple design, she ultimately forgot to capitalize the first letter of the last word resulting in it being mashed together. It's obvious and completely ridiculous. Overpriced. Sloppy. If you choose them, go over EVERY SINGLE LETTER at design and it's still a 50/50 chance of it being correct. read more
