5 Stars all the way! We just joined the Chamber of Commerce and wanted to get some new shirts mongrammed for some functions this week. Raz, the owner, got it done quickly and perfectly. He even did 2 extra shirts for us that we had dropped off for later deliver. Super service, very friendly, great quality work and very fair pricing... even on our rush order. Highly recommended. read more

This location does next day engraving. Should you need it urgently. If you have a product and you want to personalize it, this is the place to do that! Raz helped me out, and the fees are fair. I would definitely recommend supporting this local business, he said that they have been there for 30+ years, love to support a business like that! You can either bring your product in and get it engraved or you can choose something that they have there for sale. The products were super cute, very things remembered - type. They had an entire embroidery station set up as well. 10 out of 10 stars for this hidden gem. It was totally worth the drive up north. read more

These guys are great. Timely. Good quality. Exactly as you ask. Also kind. A bit difficult to get to inside mall, but worth it.

I Took in a horseshoe to be engraved for a housewarming gift. Not sure if it was possible because of the odd shape but The gentleman in the shop was able to engrave it just as I wanted and while I waited. Will definitely use them again. read more

They did a GREAT job! I love the embroidery they were able to do in such a small area. And they did it within the time frame I needed to give my bf his birthday gift. Overall great experience - the price was reasonable too - lil more than I was hoping to pay but not bad for being a local spot in the mall :) read more

I had a table border that I wanted monogrammed. I took it to Lakeline Monogramming, not thinking that it was possible. Not only was it possible, but Muhammad and Salma completed the job faster than I had expected and it looked even better than even I had anticipated. Salma and Muhammed were so nice and helpful that we ended up trading recipes. Very professional work, quick turnaround time and a very nice and friendly couple. I will be referring more of my friends to Lakeline Monogramming. read more

Great service!! I ordered some embossed watch rolls for my groomsmen from Etsy, but they ended up just having a sticker on them. I was at a loss of what to do, so I called Lakeline Monogramming. I took the watch rolls in later in the day and Raz said he could laser engrave it. I left the watch rolls with him, expecting it to take a week. Raz messaged me the next day with a proof and I got the rolls later in the day. I was very impressed with the quality! Now the watch rolls look very premium and I'm super excited to give them out! Overall, great service, communication, and quality. Highly recommended! read more

Despite the caution I felt after reading other's reviews, I decided to give this place a try. It's very difficult to find a place that'll do embroidery work on a single piece and even more difficult to find a company that stays open past five o'clock?!? This place could do both, so I called them. They assured me they could do the job and I headed to Lakeline Mall. They are conveniently located not far from the Al's formalwear entrance. I emailed the logo design over and the lady helped me chose the color I wanted. The price wasn't cheap, but they got the job done in expert fashion and even quicker than initially quoted. I'll definitely use them again. read more

I post this having owned a silk screening and embroidery company in the early 2000's and understand the process of monogramming. I had a bunch of items embroidered at Lakeline Monogramming and have nothing but high remarks for the quality of the work and the price structure. First off, the embroidery was well done; very tight stitching with quality thread and all lettering was even and balanced on each garment. A stickler for details, I was impressed and feel the quality turn around time was great. Pricing wise, I thought it was fair, then when I saw the final product, the price was well worth it. Highly recommend Lakeline Monogramming. Definitely check them out! read more

We have managed over the past eight years of living in the area to get one or two things monogrammed every Christmas. But this time, they went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations. We brought in two of our own stockings and also purchased two from the store. We asked if at least two could possibly be finished by Friday because my husband was going into the hospital on Monday. He said he would do his best and also said that he hoped all went well with the upcoming surgery. Well, the very next morning, I received a call saying all four stockings were finished. I immediately went in to pick them up and surprised my husband. Thank you! Thank you! This just reaffirms why we've been a customer for eight years!!! read more

Customer service is horrible!!! I asked for prices on several items and the lady kept saying "I'm not sure, my boss is not here" then she said come back at noon, he'll be here. Then I go and he's not there. So I placed my order over the phone, then I was told it would be ready Friday at 10am, and I come and the same lady said "sorry idk my boss is not here idk when it'll be ready" GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER!!!!!!!!! read more

We have this cool friend that cooks some mean bbq. I mean, Mr Franklin ain't got nothin on this guy's brisket. AND he's always willing and able and downright happy cooking for a lot of our events. So last year for his birthday, my hubby bought him a really nice brisket carving knife (bought one for himself too I might add). And as an added bonus, we thought we'd have it engraved with his name, so we took it here. Our friend is a good ole boy and his favorite things to say are "By God!" and "BALLS!!" so we thought we'd add that on there as well. First of all, we entered Lakeline mall with this huge knife in hubby's hand and whilst perusing the mall menu trying to locate the place the security guard came up to us and actually gave us directions, without even a second glance at the knife. So we walked up to the counter of the monogram place and there's a gentleman of middle eastern descent behind the counter (I'm only pointing this out so you can imagine the rest of the story...it's vital). The first thing he did was have hubby write out what we wanted on the knife. Hubby was very careful writing this very Cajun name down and then added "By God! BALLS!" The monogram guy read out loud what we wanted and it sounded like "By God BALLS!" This was the conversation that ensued: Hubby: No, no. Not God BALLS. God exclamation point space then BALLS. Maybe make BALLS a little bigger than the rest. Mongram guy ( very seriously in his accent): Ok, you want slightly bigger BALLS? Hubby: Yes I want slightly bigger BALLS. Monogram guy: okokok slightly bigger BALLS. I give you slightly bigger BALLS. Meanwhile, I am crying from holding in the laughter. They got the ball issue situated to everyone's satisfaction and we left. A week later, hubby went to pick up the knife and the BALLS! were perfect.....but our friend's name was spelled wrong. I understand his name is odd but who thinks a name should be spelled "eavx" instead of "eaux"???? The man stated he couldn't read my hubby's handwriting well even tho we had gone over everything before we left. There was no fixing the "v" into a "u" so hubby just had him redo it to hubby's knife. Now we own a knife that says By God!! BALLS!! on it. A good thing? yes but we would rather have hubby's name on the knife By God!! BALLS!!! read more

Not surprised this place has so many bad reviews. They are so bad! Please do not give these people your business. They messed up on a monogram on a holiday stocking and i asked if they could fix it or if they had any ideas since I was not happy. The man who works there started yelling at me and I asked if I could please make a suggestion and he said NO. I said, but i am the customer and he said I don't care - leave. I am in shock that someone can treat a customer this way and continue to stay in business. Shame on you old, angry man! Shame on you! read more

Please please please do not use their services. I took a jacket in to get my company logo stitched in and was not pleased with the stitching of the logo. The letters were all different sizes and did not match the model that I gave. When I questioned Mohammed (the gentleman that handled my jacket) he accused me of supplying him with an improper logo and that the mistake was mine. When I asked him how we can fix this, he told me that I needed to come back with a different logo, pay for a new job and it would be fixed. I then asked him if I can just get the logo removed and he said that is another fee. I asked him if he was concerned with customer satisfaction and he said, "No, I care about getting the job done, not about your satisfaction". This saddens me greatly because I'm definitely an un-pleased customer and I immediately regret not reading the yelp reviews prior to visiting this location. Lesson learned. read more

Please read and believe the bad reviews. I was so disappointed with the workmanship and even more so with the customer service when I told them how unhappy I was with the work. As you can see the embroidery is not straight or centered and they also puckered the sleeve. The owners were rude and really didn't care, they never attempted a solution, my jacket is ruined! read more

Extremely disappointed. Completely ruined all the shirts I needed embroidered. They charged almost $50 per shirt and ultimately combined 3 simple words into 2! After spending 30 minutes explaining this simple design, she ultimately forgot to capitalize the first letter of the last word resulting in it being mashed together. It's obvious and completely ridiculous. Overpriced. Sloppy. If you choose them, go over EVERY SINGLE LETTER at design and it's still a 50/50 chance of it being correct. read more
