I've purchased a few items here. They did some amazing custom engraving on two tumblers for me. John helped me pick out and decide on the font and insignia that ended up on those tumblers. The tumblers were a gift for my fiance who ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM. He was kind, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The name may not imply a great vape shop, but these guys are amazing. Their selection is RIDICULOUS, and if you're looking for it, there's a good chance they'll have it. For beginners they have a huge selection of AiO devices, and a really great staff to help you get started. For more advanced vapers, their selection of sub-ohm tanks, RDAs, RTAs, and RDTAs is unrivaled in any brick & mortar I've visited. From favorites like the Super Tank Mini, to old school rigs like the Derringer, they cover enormous ground. Their juice selection is crazy, too, with new stuff available all the time. With their finger on the pulse of what's going on in the vape arena, they have absolutely become my go-to. BEST VAPE SHOP EVER! This review is long over due!!! Honestly, I have so many stories of how wonderful this vape shop is so I'll try to keep it short. First, the inside is so cool. They have engravings hunger on the walls, it's always very clean, nice cute little shop. Customer service is always incredible. I will walk in to buy juice or pods, and I'll usually have a question/issue they will always talk through with me to resolve. Whenever I have a problem, they will help me figure out exactly what is happening. I have never left feeling confused about a product or feeling unresolved about an issue with my device. Also they're really cool and nice. As far as integrity, I was once sold the wrong item, and they exchanged it for the correct one with no issue at all. Always honest about out of stock, popular flavors/brands, etc. OK YALL this is why I should've left a review 8 months ago. Story time: when the pandemic first began, social distancing was in place at this shop and you had to order ahead, and they leave the products outside. I called and ordered my items ahead of time, and when I showed up they had just closed. For some reason, I had thought they would leave it outside for me, so I called to ask where it was. They told me they couldn't leave sold product outside because someone my steal it. I told them it was no problem, I would pick it up tomorrow (this shop is right by my house) Before I left, the owner called me back. He said he would come open the shop for me so I could get my product. I told him it was no problem at all, I lived close by & could come back the following day. He insisted that it was no problem, he would come open the shop, and get me my items if I had time to wait 20 minutes. The owner drove 20 minutes from his house, after his shop had closed, just to give me the products I ordered, even though it was MY mistake I couldn't get them that day. To this day, whenever I am in town, I will forever and always shop here and only here. I have never had a store do anything so nice, and it was so incredible for him to do that for me. THIS is the type of store you wanna shop at! They will always do right by you!! read more

I went in for a flask, They made my x-mas ornaments, I bought 4 flask's and the owner gave me a gift of coasters, and a free mug too. What really impressed me was that he brought the price down for me a bit so I could get everything I wanted. I pay attention to great customer service, and do not yelp the ordinary. I can tell you this spot has it in spades. worth you patronage. I will be back again and again. p.s. I was referred by someone and I wish I would have come here a long time ago. Not only do they exhibit great customer service but they are professional and know a great deal about the products they sell. I Vape and the employees went above and beyond to explain what products they offered that would fit my needs. I have an older model Vape but they knew immediately what replacement coils it took and were able to help me replenish my stock. Went in to get juul mango pod as I'm new to vaping. I was sold Mr fog brand which was nasty. Returned it because I was sold the wrong product buy a new person. Had to go through hoops to get a flavor I didn't even want because they had no juul mango. Spent over $18 for a disgusting juice. Will not be returning to that vape store. Perhaps they should train people better and have better supplies on hand! Only went there because the cloud wasn't open yet best to wait for good than settling for not so good. I called all over town to get a last minute gift for my mom. I ordered a Yeti Tumbler to be engraved. They did quick work and called me when it was ready. I was not happy with the centering of the engraving and we miscommunicated the type of engraving I was looking for. They saw that I was unhappy with the product and provided a new yeti with the engraving I wanted. They did it on the spot and I only had to wait about 15 minutes for them to get it done. I greatly appreciated their willingness to fix it so quickly. I will be using this store for any engraving needs in the future. read more

This place is about a 5 minute walk from my house. Very convenient. However, I will drive right on by and go to another vape shop before I spend money here again. I'm not sure what the lady's name is, but she's a little heavier with dark long way hair about 5'5" of I had to guess. I went in to get help on my rig, she started making fun of it and asking me why I have that set up. It was one I purchased online and had great reviews. I put the coil in wrong so that's why I needed help. I just ignored the rig comments she made and moved on. I went in to buy coils abd was sold the wrong kind. I didn't realize until the next day, so I went in to exchange them for the right ones. I told her which ones I needed and she THREW them at me. Threw them across the counter and just walked away. I get people having bad days, but I've been in the customer service industry for 23 years, but you don't treat people like that. I'm sure nothing will happen or if the owner will read this, but customers should know what to expect when they go in there. read more

They were very professional, giving me several different ideas on how to complete my project with the best possible layout. They sent me proofs after they did all the set up work for it to make sure I was happy with the final design, and they completed the project on time and on budget. I wanted to have a keychain I ordered online, engraved for my dad, of him and his grandfather for a Christmas present. After calling about 30+ engraving companies that were not equipped to design a keychain, and Christmas eve around the corner, Hip Flask Plus provided the exact service I was looking for! They tweaked my picture layout to look better than what I had in mind, gave same day service, saved me half of what I was quoted by an engraving company in south Austin, and even surprised me by giving me a coffee cup engraved with the same design at no expense!!!! Who does that? HipFlask Plus seems to engrave everything under the sun, and has something special for everyone!
