I'm happy I tried Art Hall. We had a plate that needed to be made for a trophy and it required a ton of words. My mistake that I had that they stated they charge by the word, they actually charge by the letter. But good to know and great business practice that they try and limit their plaques from getting too pricey. So what I thought was going to be $100 was actually only $25 plus tax. So very reasonable. Additionally you can have plates cut to any size here. It is not like Things Remembered at the mall where you are only given the option of two sizes, small and large. If I require more work, I'll definitely be back.

I did it all through email. I ordered at the end of the day on Tuesday to get a name tag and Alex called and emailed the next morning when it was ready. On Thursday morning, I needed a replacement quickly (I lost the original), and Alex called right when the store opened and said that it was already ready! I am so impressed by the level of professionalism, customer service, and speed from Longhorn Trophies and would recommend them highly to anyone.
