Aware that I lived almost 30 minutes away, he offered to do the engraving on the spot so I wouldn't have to come back. Amazing customer service. Don't be put off by the fact that he works out of his garage - it is a fully converted, legit home business. I was so impressed. Tip: When you put the address in Google Maps, go one house further. It's the house with the Ace engraving truck and Ace engraving on the garage. Ring the garage door bell vs. the main door bell. Highly recommend. I'm going to be a repeat customer for anything I need engraved.

I called and asked about laser engraving some Yeti-style cups the week of Christmas....no less. Tony was so polite. I scheduled a time to drop off my cups and by 10am the next morning they were all finished. They are awesome!! I had "designed" a custom logo/monogram that I wanted for one of my nephews and it was no problem for them. No question you'll be pleased with your engraving too! Tony is easy to work with and has very reasonable prices. It was really great finding a local engraver, especially one who will do the work while you wait - no more dropping off and waiting, sometimes weeks, for something to be engraved. In addition, Tony is willing to engrave whatever you want - he doesn't limit it to just items purchased from him. read more
