Oh mi gato! I called and asked what the turnaround on making a plaque would be. I was told they were closing down. I said, "Really! That's terrible. Sorry to hear that your business is closing." Then I asked for a recommendation to another store still in business. Then it was explained that they were just closing for the day. I asked, "But can you do a plaque within three business days? Is that even possible?" I was told we're closing. I sad, "So you want me to call back and ask the exact same thing tomorrow morning? I just need to know whether it is even possible to have it done that quickly." He said yes, call back in the morning. Word of advice: If you are closed, then don't answer the phone. read more

You can expect great service that is friendly, honest and efficient. I came to them with a broad customized idea - an award program we wanted to initiate - had a concept in mind and had worked long and hard to find a specific topper we were hoping to use. I reached out and met JP - he located the topper with his vendor, quickly provided me a more reasonable price, then helped me to find the best base. He developed a concept, updated me throughout and provided pictures to approve the design. In my research, I discovered how much I didn't understand the topper vs the base; having his support in designing something that actually looked good was invaluable! Then he was able to locate a "top winner" prize that went above and beyond our expectations. Again, we had this concept in mind, and JP led us to the final choice. Even if your approach is not as customized and specific, Longhorn Trophies will take great care of you. They are easy to spot, and have plenty of parking (I've never had an issue getting that "front row" spot! If you are looking to for high quality products, even better service and help to realize your goals - check 'em out! Wow, this is a huge store with an amazing variety of choices. The service is excellent. It is a little pricey but worth it. I mounted some artwork on wood at Longhorn Trophies & Plaques in order to put a plaque with a message and logo on it. The glass pieces looked much richer with the wood. Don, the owner, told me that they would be ready on Friday (I dropped them off on Monday) and they were right on time. read more

Not only did Longhorn Trophies do a great job with my engraving, they also did it faster than I thought possible. I didn't even need to go in for the initial order. I did it all through email. I ordered at the end of the day on Tuesday to get a name tag and Alex called and emailed the next morning when it was ready. On Thursday morning, I needed a replacement quickly (I lost the original), and Alex called right when the store opened and said that it was already ready! I am so impressed by the level of professionalism, customer service, and speed from Longhorn Trophies and would recommend them highly to anyone.
