Not only did Longhorn Trophies do a great job with my engraving, they also did it faster than I thought possible. I didn't even need to go in for the initial order. I did it all through email. I ordered at the end of the day on Tuesday to get a name tag and Alex called and emailed the next morning when it was ready. On Thursday morning, I needed a replacement quickly (I lost the original), and Alex called right when the store opened and said that it was already ready! I am so impressed by the level of professionalism, customer service, and speed from Longhorn Trophies and would recommend them highly to anyone. My order was simple, but they have a ton of awesome looking trophies and can even label bags and mugs, etc. Very cool place. read more

Oh mi gato! I called and asked what the turnaround on making a plaque would be. I was told they were closing down. I said, "Really! That's terrible. Sorry to hear that your business is closing." Then I asked for a recommendation to another store still in business. Then it was explained that they were just closing for the day. I asked, "But can you do a plaque within three business days? Is that even possible?" I was told we're closing. I sad, "So you want me to call back and ask the exact same thing tomorrow morning? I just need to know whether it is even possible to have it done that quickly." He said yes, call back in the morning. Word of advice: If you are closed, then don't answer the phone. read more

Great experience here! Needed trophies for our t-ball team and Dean gave us a very competitive quote. They were helpful, friendly, and worked with us to create an extra trophy at the last minute when I realized I'd forgotten to include one of our players on the list. I don't need trophies often but when I do, I'll definitely be coming back to Longhorn Trophies. read more

Amazed I haven't reviewed Longhorn Trophies yet! About time! No matter what your trophy, award or recognition needs are - they can help! You can expect great service that is friendly, honest and efficient. I came to them with a broad customized idea - an award program we wanted to initiate - had a concept in mind and had worked long and hard to find a specific topper we were hoping to use. I reached out and met JP - he located the topper with his vendor, quickly provided me a more reasonable price, then helped me to find the best base. He developed a concept, updated me throughout and provided pictures to approve the design. In my research, I discovered how much I didn't understand the topper vs the base; having his support in designing something that actually looked good was invaluable! Then he was able to locate a "top winner" prize that went above and beyond our expectations. Again, we had this concept in mind, and JP led us to the final choice. Even if your approach is not as customized and specific, Longhorn Trophies will take great care of you. They are easy to spot, and have plenty of parking (I've never had an issue getting that "front row" spot! If you are looking to for high quality products, even better service and help to realize your goals - check 'em out! You will not be disappointed with their phenomenal customer service, art department and reasonable prices. I had to remove our winners names and our company logo from the photos - but check them out, and know that they were able to literally transfer our branded logo onto these trophies perfectly! read more

Wow, this is a huge store with an amazing variety of choices. The service is excellent. It is a little pricey but worth it. I mounted some artwork on wood at Longhorn Trophies & Plaques in order to put a plaque with a message and logo on it. The glass pieces looked much richer with the wood. Don, the owner, told me that they would be ready on Friday (I dropped them off on Monday) and they were right on time. read more

I've used Longhorn Trophies and Plaques a few times now for various organizations that I've been a part of or led. Don, the owner, has always been extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I am pretty sure that almost all UT-affiliated organizations use this place for their awarding needs (and for good reason)! The quality of the trophies and plaques have also been great! All in all, I highly recommend this place! read more

We have used Longhorn Trophies for all of our awards for a few years now and they are fantastic to work with. Each person there is very professional, easy to work with, and prompt in all communication. The best though is that recently our logo changed to a color that is very difficult to match and they went absolutely above and beyond to get the color correct. We will continue to use them for a long time to come! Thanks JP, Dean, and the rest of the crew!! read more

Great customer service! They go above and beyond to get you what you need at a fair price.

We had someone at work retiring, so we got them a nice lever action gun as a gift from the shift. I needed it done right away and I wasn't even sure what I wanted on it. I was a stereotype "pain in the ass" customer. Longhorn Trophy never once got impatient or pushed me into a design I didn't want. They were very helpful and delivered a top notch product. I could not be happier. I already used them for our fantasy football trophy, but they guaranteed a customer for life with their customer service. read more

I needed an engraved desk name plate for a birthday gift to a coworker. I called this place having no idea if they even did name plates let alone whether they could get me something in a day or less. John helped me find something simple, affordable and they finished the engraving in 15 minutes. It looked beautiful and totally saved the day! Thanks John. read more

Fast and highly professional. They delivered magnificently on a rush order, being exceptionally diligent in ensuring the outstanding quality even though I was unable to provide the ideal image for a graphic. Moreover, they were very accommodating of a few unusual requests. Very thankful to have Longhorn providing excellent plaques for our most important customers. read more
