I honestly wasn't sure what or how I wanted the plaque to look and without hesitation the nicest gentleman began showing me various options and explaining the process. We decided on a particular color, style, etc and I left. Within a few days, I got a call saying they were ready to be picked up. When I got there, I was thrilled to see that they had gone way above and beyond! They actually came up with "Texas Rangers" colors and font, and used them! It was not scratched when I dropped it off but when I went to collect it, had a very clear line scratched on it. To their credit, as a result of the damage, they did not charge me for the work (only $8 anyway) but the holder was a gift and now that it's engraved I can't return it. There was no real explanation from them, and also a suggestion that the holder was already scratched when I brought it in but it definitely was not. Folks there are nice and friendly but it was just super disappointing to have my item damaged.
