I have so much gratitude toward this amazing business and their kind owner/employees! We received above and beyond service, which made a three year old boy and his mom [that would be me] extremely happy. My son just finished his first year of baseball and the beautiful trophy he received from his coaches was his pride and joy. He had it proudly displayed on his dresser, but brought it downstairs to show everyone when we had guests over for Thanksgiving. In the chaos of the holiday, we forgot to return it to his dresser, and his sister accidentally broke it. He was crushed. I contacted the company that organized my little guy's baseball team and asked if they knew where I might purchase a replacement. They kindly pointed me to Crown, and so I emailed explaining the situation and asking if I might be able to buy one. Crown emailed back very quickly, and said they would be happy to replace the trophy at no charge to us. I was absolutely shocked as I was expecting the task of even finding a replacement to be a shot in the dark. We drove down the next day, and they were so nice. Their trophies are also absolutely beautiful! I had actually never been in a trophy shop before, but after this experience I will be keeping them in mind for my young kids or any kind of event that would warrant a trophy. And there she was! Raun, perhaps this is a new direction for trophy makers (nudge, hint :) ) Raun mounted both trophies immediately, didn't charge me extra for the engraving and even offered to mail the name plates since I didn't have time to pick them up. I've ordered from them many times: from a simple engraving, to medals for a "Water bottle flipping" contest, to many orders (& more in the future) for plaques for my kids' baseball sponsor: Crown Trophy always delivers good prices, on-time delivery, and quality work. I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else. They've got a nice showroom of options of trophies, medals, plaques, and more. Everyone is nice to work with and they ensure your order is correct. (& I've called to make last-minute changes with no problem). Payment is generally due at the time of your order (I've always paid upfront). I always appreciate the call when my order is ready. Sometimes I've shown up on the given due date and it's ready but they just didn't call yet. Highly recommend! Photo plaque hints: the photo "makes" the plaque! I strongly suggest YOU personally select and get the photo printed first (therefore having verified it for your satisfaction - Walgreen's, for example, is fast/great). Submit the photo when you order your plaque for the "tacked in" kind. If you don't yet have a photo, I suggest you order the "slide in" version. To my knowledge, Crown Trophy WILL print the photo for you, however, if the photo is not of good quality, it can result in a less-than-ideal expected plaque. At the same time, Crown Trophy offers Photo-Shop services to improve pics (extra charge, I think - but I've never done it this way). Do know, you are then "at the mercy of" the person editing your pic. I'm confident that he/she will do their best, but I envision a submitted photo of poor quality with expectations of greatness: Some pics can't be improved enough to produce stellar results. The choice is yours: choose, edit, print, and submit the photo that satisfies you, or provide a GOOD pic and trust that Crown Trophy will do their best to make it the best it can be! Eh. I placed what I thought was a pretty substantial order (over $700) on behalf of a professional organization I belong to. It felt like pulling teeth to get information I wanted to assure myself that the order was going to get done the way I needed it, and communication was very bare-bones and not exactly warm. They kept telling me they'd get me info by a certain time (invoice, proofs, confirmation that payment had been received, etc.), and it was invariably late - and I frequently had to ask for things more than once, which made me feel naggy and annoying. I'll admit that I was a little type A about this project because I had a short turnaround time and didn't have any room for error, but still. I did not feel like anyone here was enthusiastic about having my business at all. In short, the end product turned out very nice, but it took more effort than I wanted to get there. read more

The worst! Ordered a plaque was told it would be done on 12/11...but on 12/10 I still didn't have a proof. Went to the store again to check on it at noon, got a proof, finally at 2:30. Corrected it and returned it in about 90 minutes. Didn't hear from them again. Back to the store on Saturday. Guy there tells me he can't help, but they did get the corrected proof. I ask for them to call me first thing Monday. No call. I email them at almost noon. At 2:30 I get an email saying they would have the corrected proof on Tuesday...5-days after I was supposed to have a completed plaque. And no communication! Horrible customer service. No work ethic. If I could do less than one star I would! Went back to the store and canceled the order. They didn't even apologize for their terrible customer service, or even acknowledge it. read more

I signed up Yelp just to write this review to save others ass if you look for professionals at this store. I did not get the ordered trophy and got the wrong size (smaller one) past due date which they pushed me to buy. Again i waited for the right size and i gave a call as there was no update on the mentioned date. This time i came to know that trophy is still not ready to pickup due to delivery issues and was not even apologetic even after back to back delays in the mentioned date. CHARLIE did not keep up his words on the substitute cup due to the back to back delays in my orders and he dealt this situation in most unprofessional way i have ever experienced which prompted me to write this review against this store. They walked me through the process, told me about the merits of each option: acrylic vs. crystal vs. a plaque (we ended up choosing crystal). They were very helpful creating a design. The prices are extremely reasonable. The turnaround time is super fast, and the work they did is outstanding.
