10/10 Such an amazing place with astonishing turn around. I called on a Friday afternoon right before they closed and told them I was in desperate need of assistance. I was assured that if I came in next day they would do everything in their power to help me. Thats exactly what they did, I came in before work explained to them what I needed and the time. They absolutely delivered and shattered my expectations. This was such a great experience because not only did they deliver but they helped me without charging an arm and a leg. Truly beautiful and helpful people. read more

I have so much gratitude toward this amazing business and their kind owner/employees! We received above and beyond service, which made a three year old boy and his mom [that would be me] extremely happy. My son just finished his first year of baseball and the beautiful trophy he received from his coaches was his pride and joy. He had it proudly displayed on his dresser, but brought it downstairs to show everyone when we had guests over for Thanksgiving. In the chaos of the holiday, we forgot to return it to his dresser, and his sister accidentally broke it. He was crushed. I contacted the company that organized my little guy's baseball team and asked if they knew where I might purchase a replacement. They kindly pointed me to Crown, and so I emailed explaining the situation and asking if I might be able to buy one. Crown emailed back very quickly, and said they would be happy to replace the trophy at no charge to us. I was absolutely shocked as I was expecting the task of even finding a replacement to be a shot in the dark. We drove down the next day, and they were so nice. Their trophies are also absolutely beautiful! I had actually never been in a trophy shop before, but after this experience I will be keeping them in mind for my young kids or any kind of event that would warrant a trophy. If you are in the market for a trophy, this business is the one you want to go with. read more

Crown Austin - This trophy is my three year old's pride and joy. - Trophy Shops Near Me - Austin, Texas

Owner Raun took care of me right away. I wanted one small but elegant trophy design to award 6 year old twin girls with for being extra good. I had hoped I'd find a figurine that looked like a Super Girl or Wonder Woman - not exactly, of course, as I do know that licensing fees make the design price soar, but an amazing woman, nevertheless. And there she was! Raun, perhaps this is a new direction for trophy makers (nudge, hint :) ) Raun mounted both trophies immediately, didn't charge me extra for the engraving and even offered to mail the name plates since I didn't have time to pick them up. The girls are thrilled. I paid a little over $10 (tax included). read more

Awesome!!! Greatly appreciate Crown Trophy! I've ordered from them many times: from a simple engraving, to medals for a "Water bottle flipping" contest, to many orders (& more in the future) for plaques for my kids' baseball sponsor: Crown Trophy always delivers good prices, on-time delivery, and quality work. I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else. They've got a nice showroom of options of trophies, medals, plaques, and more. Everyone is nice to work with and they ensure your order is correct. (& I've called to make last-minute changes with no problem). Payment is generally due at the time of your order (I've always paid upfront). I always appreciate the call when my order is ready. Sometimes I've shown up on the given due date and it's ready but they just didn't call yet. Highly recommend! Photo plaque hints: the photo "makes" the plaque! I strongly suggest YOU personally select and get the photo printed first (therefore having verified it for your satisfaction - Walgreen's, for example, is fast/great). Submit the photo when you order your plaque for the "tacked in" kind. If you don't yet have a photo, I suggest you order the "slide in" version. To my knowledge, Crown Trophy WILL print the photo for you, however, if the photo is not of good quality, it can result in a less-than-ideal expected plaque. At the same time, Crown Trophy offers Photo-Shop services to improve pics (extra charge, I think - but I've never done it this way). Do know, you are then "at the mercy of" the person editing your pic. I'm confident that he/she will do their best, but I envision a submitted photo of poor quality with expectations of greatness: Some pics can't be improved enough to produce stellar results. The choice is yours: choose, edit, print, and submit the photo that satisfies you, or provide a GOOD pic and trust that Crown Trophy will do their best to make it the best it can be! Hope this helps! read more

I couldn't be any happier with the experiences I've had working with Crown Trophy. They are honest with what they can and can't do (and offer referrals as needed), are quick and detail-oriented in their work, and are so kind. As far as being such incredibly kind, humble, and personable people that you leave with a restored faith in humanity. The engraving they did looks fabulous too! Eh. I placed what I thought was a pretty substantial order (over $700) on behalf of a professional organization I belong to. It felt like pulling teeth to get information I wanted to assure myself that the order was going to get done the way I needed it, and communication was very bare-bones and not exactly warm. They kept telling me they'd get me info by a certain time (invoice, proofs, confirmation that payment had been received, etc.), and it was invariably late - and I frequently had to ask for things more than once, which made me feel naggy and annoying. I'll admit that I was a little type A about this project because I had a short turnaround time and didn't have any room for error, but still. I did not feel like anyone here was enthusiastic about having my business at all. In short, the end product turned out very nice, but it took more effort than I wanted to get there. read more

We have had a great experience with Crown Trophy! My coworker brought in a very unique bronze statue of a unicorn to be mounted into a trophy. The people at Crown did a PHENOMENAL job on our piece, creating a statement trophy that was everything we wanted and more. The turn around was quick and the staff was invested in their work. I would recommend Crown to anyone needing to meet the high standards of corporate awards. Thank you for making such an awesome, memorable trophy! read more

Crown Austin - A masterpiece made by Crown Trophy! - Trophy Shops Near Me - Austin, Texas

Good pricing, courteous staff. Always helpful. They've made a few errors here and there but have always been willing to work it out!

It has been my experience with Crown Trophy and the work that they've done for me that they have the highest character and work ethic to produce the product that I asked for. I first went by their shop by accident. I saw the plaques that they have made for others. They looked so professional because they were for industry and the product sold itself. They gave me the same awesome product that they gave to industry. On my first plaque I gave too much information for the size of the plaque. The owner improvised for me because I needed it that day and I could not have said it better then they did. I will always be a loyal customer because of the craftmanship and the integrity that they strive to put out to the public. Thank you Crown Trophy for the awesome job you've done for me! read more

Great quality trophies and outstanding customer service. I was having a hectic day, just flew in from out of town, and needed a trophy in what I thought would be an unreasonable timeframe. The worst! Ordered a plaque was told it would be done on 12/11...but on 12/10 I still didn't have a proof. Went to the store again to check on it at noon, got a proof, finally at 2:30. Corrected it and returned it in about 90 minutes. Didn't hear from them again. Back to the store on Saturday. Guy there tells me he can't help, but they did get the corrected proof. I ask for them to call me first thing Monday. No call. I email them at almost noon. At 2:30 I get an email saying they would have the corrected proof on Tuesday...5-days after I was supposed to have a completed plaque. And no communication! Horrible customer service. No work ethic. If I could do less than one star I would! Went back to the store and canceled the order. They didn't even apologize for their terrible customer service, or even acknowledge it. read more

Wow!!! What an unprofessional guy is CHARLIE, who claims him as Crown Trophy store Manager at Brodie. I signed up Yelp just to write this review to save others ass if you look for professionals at this store. I did not get the ordered trophy and got the wrong size (smaller one) past due date which they pushed me to buy. Again i waited for the right size and i gave a call as there was no update on the mentioned date. This time i came to know that trophy is still not ready to pickup due to delivery issues and was not even apologetic even after back to back delays in the mentioned date. CHARLIE did not keep up his words on the substitute cup due to the back to back delays in my orders and he dealt this situation in most unprofessional way i have ever experienced which prompted me to write this review against this store. Its better to order it online rather than going to this unprofessional store. read more

I needed a bowling trophy for my husband's surprise birthday bowling party. And of course, I waited until the last minute to remember this, literally on the way home on Friday afternoon...for a party on Friday night. Luckily, I remembered that I had seen Crown Trophy on Brodie so I gave them a call. They said that the could sell me something off of the show wall, no problem. When I went in, they didn't have a bowling trophy with a male bowler, but they quickly put one together for me. Couldn't have been an easier purchase. More than I deserved for my major procrastination! read more

You know, most people don't have occasion to buy trophies--you just hope to maybe receive one someday. I hope if you do need to have a trophy or crystal piece or plaque made you will go to Crown Trophy Austin. They're on Brodie, and they're super. They walked me through the process, told me about the merits of each option: acrylic vs. crystal vs. a plaque (we ended up choosing crystal). They were very helpful creating a design. The prices are extremely reasonable. The turnaround time is super fast, and the work they did is outstanding. If you're thinking about doing some awards for work or even for your team or family, Crown Trophy Austin is the place to go. read more

Wow! What a wonderful business! My son is in tee ball and they don't give out trophies in the fall so I wanted to get him one! I found this place online and didn't know if they would be able to help; but I decided to show up and see. I walked in and was greeted and helped immediately! I told him what I needed and they had something even better! Then they were even able to engrave my son's name and team name in the same day!
