profoundly bad in service, customer service, client management, and I would assume product, though despite attempting for three weeks to have something printed I am not able to comment on the final product as I never received it In response to the owner: Your job was unfortunately below our minimum and we had made an exception to try to help you out (even though it was not beneficial to our company). -- You quoted me the price you thought was fair. I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics. read more

James was INCREDIBLE to work with, especially because he's one of the few printing businesses open on a Sunday. We were hosting an event and Sunday was setup day. Unfortunately, due to shipping delays, our pre-ordered signs weren't going to arrive in time. Three of them were close to $300 while Kristen at Austin Texas print quoted us at about half that... Literally! We forgot to even mention what type of card paper stock we wanted but when we picked them up it was a beautiful, thick paper. We were so impressed! Kristen and James are so great at what they do! I have used them for multiple jobs for work (business cards, flyers, etc), but this time I decided to give them a project that was very important to me...my wedding program! I debated about wether to spend any money on these programs, and even figured I could just print them at home in black and white and fold them myself. But the longer I worked on them, the more I was wanting to get them printed in color, and have the graphics to go "edge to edge", which isn't something a standard home printer can do. I figured I could run to FedEx print to see what they could do, thinking it would be the cheapest deal (and fastest, since I, of course, waited until the last minute....a week before the wedding!). The price they ended up quoting me was INSANE for 100 programs, so I was about to give up on the "fancy program" idea I had. But I figured I would give the good guys over at Austin Texas Print a call and just see if they MAYBE could do this job for less $, and get it done in time. There wasn't even a hesitation when Kristen told us "YES" and "no problem"! She even was able to get my programs upgraded to a heavier duty cardstock and stapled in the middle (like a program for a huge production or show or something!). We felt SO fancy :) My Fiance and I were floored over the quality. You can see from the photos how vibrant and crisp the colors and text are. The quality of the paper was amazing and it felt like the perfect weight. The graphics printed edge to edge flawlessly.
