These guys are awesome! They made a few signs for our Norwich Club's 15th anniversary specialty. The quality was great considering the image wasn't high pixels. They made multiple sized stand ups and rounds for me. I will definitely use them again. read more

The firm I work for has used Austin Digital for years for our marketing materials. Gerald and his team are always very quick to respond and always get the job done quickly and efficiently. I was in town for the holidays and needed a quick turn around time for labels for my latest product launch. Gerald was the first to respond with his amazing customer service and because he was just so lovely to work with, I ordered my labels from his company. Due to my original pdf's resolution, the letters bled a bit and Gerald was also very quick to come up a with a solution before I left town. What amazing quality, customer service, efficiency, and contact less solution in this midst of the pandemic. Thanks Gerald for everything, happy holidays! read more

I live in Lincoln, Nebraska, I'm a graphic designer, and I have a family member in Austin that's getting married soon. My fellow designers out there know how this goes! I have worked with dozens of printers to complete my jobs over the years, and finding one that I could trust to do a quality job while I was hundreds of miles north was so important. I looked around for a bit, came across Austin Digital Printing and read great reviews just like this one. I got in contact with them just to test the waters, and Gerald replied immediately, eager to help. My wife's cousin was so happy with how it turned out, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of service and printed result. The price is also right where it should be. If you're looking around in the Austin area for print services, just trust me - reach out to them and you'll be well taken care of. read more

Gerald and his team always go above and beyond on every project (see example below*). When I need it done urgently (which is most of the time), it's never a problem. Always done right, with outstanding quality and prices that beat FedEx Office and others. Our company has been working with ADP for several years now and I hope to continue working with them for many years into the future. *This time, for example, I told Gerald that we need 50 copies of the brochure on Friday (to be shipped to a trade show) and the rest can come later. He completed all 500 and delivered on Friday, and put 450 in one box and the other 50 in a separate box so we can ship right away. It's this attention to detail and desire to always do their best that won be over. Just outstanding service and teamwork. read more

If I could appoint an MVP during my time working at SXSW this year, it would be Gerald's team at ADP. Knowing how crazy it will get during this time, I researched throughout all of Austin to find a sole print vendor, especially since I am from out of state and needed an Austin vendor. After contemplating and weighing a lot of options (Can they turn things around under tight deadlines? Can they produce everything we need in-house? Is their location close to our event space?), I felt that ADP was the one. Not only did they check all the boxes, they exceeded expectations and even delivered (literally and figuratively) top-notch quality printed assets. I worked very closely with Gerald and had a very direct line of contact and they were there at every turn about any print orders and concerns. They even solved and produced a special banner problem (first time for them as well) that I would have otherwise had no other options for! ADP felt like close (but definitely professional) team members that I could rely on and it was just such a pleasure working with them. When I return, they will be the first vendor I reach out to. Thank you for everything ADP! read more

People who cut their own hair must be the same people whom order their business cards "on line", poor results are almost guaranteed. Al Campos with Austin Digital Printing was a pleasure to work with. I just picked up my 2014 business cards and they look fabulous. They were ready ON TIME and at the QUOTED PRICE so no surprises. Al took the time to find out what my needs were and exceeded my expectations with what will be one of many orders to follow. There seem to be as many printers in this town as there are actors in California so I'm glad I found the "George Clooney" of advertising specialties. read more

I am a freelance graphic designer, I recently moved here from Denver and finding a printer for digital is never easy in a new city. I sent requests for bids to several printers, ADP came back with the best pricing. Not only was the price good, the service and quality was outstanding. I printed a wedding package with Austin Digital Printing to include, Save the Dates, Invites, RSVP cards and programs on Neenah Sundance (felt cover). The quality and quick turnaround was fantastic. As an experienced Graphic Designer (12+ years), I would highly recommend ADP, if you are looking for: attention to detail quality product competitive pricing Gerald is very attentive and super easy to work with. read more

I've been using these guys for the past few years, and I really recommend them. Gerald and the rest of the staff are great to work with and blow the competition out of the water when it comes to turnaround times. I've waited over a week for quotes from other printers, but with Austin Digital I hear back the same day every single time. They use digital offset presses, which are definitely superior to traditional digital presses. The quality is better, and because they don't use toner, images end up much less shiny and look more like what you would get from offset. Their prices are also pretty competitive. Highly recommended! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Gerald and Chet at Austin Digital Printing. I called Gerald about a project that I was working on. He said that they'd never done a project like mine before, but he agreed to take it on. I had already been turned down by another printing company in town. My project was time-sensitive. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Chet actually made my artwork look better. I will definitely use them for all of my future printing projects. I highly recommend them. read more

I am a graphic designer and marketing outreach specialist for a local company here in Austin. I have nothing but great things to say about Austin Digital Printing (ADP). Where do I begin? Gerald and his staff have *outstanding* customer service. I've worked with multiple local printers over the past 5 years and no other printing companies customer service comes close to the quality of ADP. Additionally, not only is the quality of their customer service outstanding but the high-quality printing services they offer and fast turn-around time are a definite highlight to my review that must not go unsaid. Thanks for everything you do Austin Digital Printing! read more

This shop did several jobs for us at a distance, receiving files by email and sending the product Fedex. They went to whatever lengths required to get it right, they accomplished very fast turnaround, they're able to do very good custom short runs like biz cards or short run brochures in addition to the bigger stuff. My business impression: this shop creates loyal customers by getting it right. I've never felt so pampered with a print job in my life. They just care. And the price was right. Can't lose! read more

I have used Austin Digital printing both for my business- letterhead, flyers, tri-folds, and business cards, and my personal- party invitations and RSVP cards, and they have been consistently timely and accurate. I had a rush order - a really small run of 4 color printing. In other words, not a big money maker for this printer...but they went WAY out of the way to do a great job, super fast, very friendly, great follow thru.., just like I was a great big important company. The printing is perfect. Pricing was reasonable, and I am SOOO glad to have this connection. I'll definitely go back and refer others as well. Excellent service. read more
