If you love art and have a passion for decorating, this is your one-stop shop for transforming your home into a personal space that truly brings you joy. I trust them completely--and so can you. I'm new to Austin. And there are some really sentimental shops to give business to around here. I feel a little guilty supporting this because it's a small community, and lots of these professionals crossed trained and learned their craft under local tutelage. But Art Direct is one stop. And Brent is as personal as service gets. Whatever your needs are, they will be serviced here.

If it was possible to submit multiple 5 star reviews for them, I would because every aspect of this business is top-tier! First time I went in, they were supporting local artists and their artwork and I instantly fell in love with the community vibe. Then I met Brent and the team and talked about some work I was envisioning to get done through someone like them. This team was so supportive, very creative, knowledgeable on ideas, and support focused that I instantly knew this is the community service-minded place all people should go to if they're looking to get framing done for anything! Turnaround times are beyond reasonable, the quality of work and attention to detail is next level, but they truthfully work on your items as intentional as if they were their own and that's what I love. When you pickup your items from here, it's almost a group celebration because they're so happy to show you their craftsmanship and watch you be so fulfilled by their intentional work completed. Couldn't recommend this place more and can't wait to go back for many more projects! Thank you to this entire team!

There are self-service copiers and other items that allow you to skip the line. You can also drop off Fed Ex packages without standing in line. They offer a lot of printing services that are advertised on the walls, but a conversation with an employee is the best way to get the information. I don't recommend parking in front of the store. That row leads to an exit on the road and frequently has heavy traffic. Consider driving around to the row on the other side from it. Traffic is lighter there and there's less chance you'll get hit by pulling out.
