A couple weeks ago, she was in a heated discussion with a customer. The customer didn't understand the QR code process. I understand customer service can be challenging. But her tone was excessive. Today, I went in with my QR code which specifically says "no box, no label, and she told me I needed to seal the box next time. I used the box strictly to transport it and I assumed they would drop everything in a bag as they usually do. When I told her the directions said no box she said well we have to box it. Ok? I feel like UPS needs to get with Amazon if that is an expectation. Please improve.
