We come here to get signatures notarized. It's kind of expensive at $10 per stamp, but the person is always there. Sometimes I go to the bank for free notary but there's no one there that can do it. They are usually quick unless they are backed up with customers. They have boxes, pack and ship things for you as you can tell be the name of the store. I asked the person behind the desk to assist me in printing from a USB. She proceeded to complain about her health but would not come over to the pc to assist. On a test page she read my personal information and processed to ask me about it! I continued to have trouble with the interface with the printer and I asked her if she would please come over and take a look to see what I was doing wrong if anything and she said no you can email it to them.... because she doesn't know how to use the computer??? Urgently needed to fax some documents for an escrow closing. First thing I noticed was how cautious and concerned Michelle was. (Not only for herself but other customers as well). She really enforced the mask requirement even tho some customers were annoyed by it. I applaud her for that. Anyway, I was stressing because the fax numbers I had been given weren't getting thru. I went here for passport photos. Unfortunately the photos were not accepted due to image size. I returned and they attempted to replace the photos but were having problems with their system and how the photos were coming out. I was given a refund. Even though I did not get photos from them I have to compliment them on their customer service. They were friendly, professional, and as accommodating as they could be. read more

The owner was really sweet the first time I came in here. The second time, I was waited on by a woman with dark hair and she was so rude!! I had a mask on, I placed my large package on the counter she then barked at me to back up, that I wasn't socially distanced...I couldn't possibility put my package on the counter and jump back six feet in a matter of seconds. Absolutely terrible service! I visited the UPS Store at the "Pak & Ship Plus, 14900 Avery Ranch Blvd Suite C200, Austin, Tx" this morning to drop off a package. After handing the woman behind the counter my package, I asked for a receipt because A.) The item being sent was rather expensive and B.) I needed information from the receipt to send to the receiver of my package. The woman behind the counter was snippy and stated she would not give me a receipt for my package. I asked why not, her response was "Due to Covid". I asked - What has Covid got to do with me getting a receipt for my package? Once again in a very snippy, unpleasant tone, stated "we're not giving receipts". What?!? Her boss was sitting at his desk right behind her and didn't bother to intervene. I took my package back and left - I will never use this poorly run, unreliable "Pak & Ship Plus at 14900 Avery Ranch Blvd, Suite C200" again. I called UPS HQ and was told this situation was ridiculous - if the customer asks for a receipt, they should be given one. read more

The worst place with the worse people you can ever do business for your shipping and pack needs. The older guy with glasses who appears to the owner is by far the worst unethical owner you can have. Has the worst customer service and employs people with those same skills. The lady who works with him (younger, brunette hair) is even worse. Every time I engage in any conversation to ask them a question regarding a shipment or item - they answer in the most rude way. Stay away from this place. Not worth the service or your money. I came in to get a document notarized. The person doing it obviously had an opinion about the contents of the document because she showed it to the employee right next to her and gave her a look without saying a word - right in front of me! Almost all the people here are great except Michelle. She is a snotty lady that thinks she is better than everyone. Extremely sarcastic with a terrible attitude. Pretty much makes your interaction and needs a constant struggle. Get rid of this venomous lady! 3.5 Stars when she is gone. The place is convenient and has a nice selection of supplies but some of their prices are completely absurd. Been using these guys as the mail box for my business for several years. It has been a really good experience. I am usually greeted very friendly when I come in the door. I don't know what is going on with the lady at the front desk, but she is one of the most rude people I've ever met. Horrible! My company shipped medical instruments to this Fed Ex location for pick up . When I asked the man at the counter for the package he said "I almost didn't accept this because I usually charge a fee for FedEx pick-up." I told him there was no mention of this on the FedEx site when generating the FedEx label and he replied "well, I have to make money and will have to charge you for any other FedEx packages that are shipped here". I told him I would find another location. This was a middle-aged, balding man about 6' tall and made me feel like I had done something wrong. Very rude. As a customer going in there for the first time, I will never return and recommend other customers to be extremely wary. read more

WARNING. DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE. I went in today to ask about a "lost shipment" which I had dropped off last month. Based off the reviews I'm guessing it's this woman Michelle because she was definitely rude. She wouldn't even make eye contact with me when I had asked her on how they track their shipment and she said that they aren't responsible for any of packages and UPS just picks it up. What kind of a business are you running if you can't even keep track of what people are bringing here and trust you with their product? Honestly I've been coming here for years but this is the first time I've been treated like this with this. Also, she completely got all FAKE nice with me as soon as when the fedex guy came to pick up the boxes as if I didn't notice that. Please go somewhere else. The tickets never showed up only to find out the young boy working here shipped them 2 day instead of overnight. I lost $300 in concert tickets. They said they would refund my shipping charges but that is it. I will never use this place again, nor would I ever recommend it.
