My husband and I had an Amazon return in a huge box. We parked right outside the UPS store in IH 35 in Round Rock. As we struggled to get the box to the door, Roxanne, a smiling employee, helped my husband get the box through the door. She also helped us with choosing the correct process to obtain the QR code to initiate the return. We were so impressed by her! Thanks to her help, we were able to return the product in time to get a refund. This is by far the best experience we've had returning anything. Great customer service, Roxanne. read more

A young lady with blonde hair. Very unpleasant person. I asked for some tape and she intentionally avoided my question, proceeded to give me a return slip. Then my husband asked her for some tape since I think he thought she didn't hear me, and she yelled, "I got it! You can just leave the box here." I also did notice how she told a white person hi, but didn't welcome us with the same entrance. I think this may go beyond lessons in customer service but please UPS do better. Truly the best UPS store in the area. There is a store closer to me, but I drive a bit further for this location. I've been here multiple times for different tasks (e.g., Amazon returns, printing invitation, etc.) I've consistently received courteous, knowledgeable, and professional service. Positive experience. I came here to drop off a package. I've never returned an item via Amazon before. When you go to your orders on the Amazon app you have the option of returning an item. I don't have a printer to print the shipping label so they give you the option of selecting to print it at an UPS store. Score! I walked into the UPS store and showed the employee the barcode. He scanned it and printed the label. I handed him the package and he handed my receipt. I was in and out in less than five minutes. I think I will have to take advantage of using this option more often knowing that UPS makes it easier to return items. Quick and easy! read more

During the busiest time of the year, the employees at this UPS Store made quick work of the line. There was a steady stream of customers who the employees helped quickly without sacrificing customer service. The one thing I was disappointed by is I couldn't find any boxes. There was a display, but I figured they preferred I not take one of those. I could have asked but I just used an envelope instead. I also asked about getting my passport photo taken, but they said I would have to wait until they helped everyone in line. Since the line kept replenishing itself, I opted to get it done elsewhere. Parking situation was much better than I've seen at other UPS Stores. I would say it's a good location. read more

After 2 days of being bounced around several UPS stores I stopped at this location hoping to have office equipment packed to ship from the Customer Center nearby using my company's UPS account number. Abbey, Gen and James were so friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in. James noticed I had weigh slips (given to me by the Customer Center to fill out and take back once my items were packaged) and told me they would be able to ship my items. I was so grateful and relieved I didn't have to run around any more. Amazing customer service and super knowledgeable staff! I will be driving the extra 10 miles to this location for all my future UPS needs. read more

Great location and helpful staff, although they all need more training. Neither staff nor manager was aware you can use a UPS business account to post items; they initially told me that in order to use a UPS account I would need to drive to their main facility on the 620. Thankfully the staff member had already input the account number and it went through (i.e., using a UPS business account number worked). I'm glad it worked out and hopefully the staff member shared what happened with their manager so everyone can be on the same page. They were all super friendly and customer service oriented and you could tell they all got along so, all in all, it was a good experience. read more

This store is the most unfriendly UPS in the whole ATX. APS should really select their franchisees better. They insist on charging u 3$ for printing a label and they want to charge you $1 for limiting tape on your box. read more

I love this UPS store!! I would not take my business anywhere else and only because of the amazing staff at this store location!!! I have had a mailbox there for going on 3 years and I will never change. I just happened to see a review from someone and I happen to remember being in the store that day. The man was way outline. Debbie is amazingt! I watch,, almost daily, how hard Debbie, James, Kristin & Roxanne work while maintaining great customer service!! All I can say is wow! I don't typically use UPS but needed to, to drop of a DirectTV modem. They are certainly practicing social distancing and all employees were wearing mask. I was fortunate to be call next in line by Roxanne. Not only did she know exactly what to do to get me in and out ASAP but she also took extra steps to give me a invoice with the modem serial number in case DirectTV clames they did not receive it and charge me later. I've been meaning to get on here & write a review for this store for at least a year Plus! I always try to give managers or supervisors a heads up if their employees are outstanding so they can get recognized for their wonderful attitudes & efficient & effective customer service. Since this is an official Amazon Return center, I've used them several times over the past few years. Every single time I've come here, (except ONE time, about a month or two ago - but I'll talk about that later) the service is EXCELLENT! Even during COVID-19 & all the Social Distancing, masks, & precautions, they still manage to be efficient, professional, & Fun & FRIENDLY! I was in there just the other day to return to Amazon items - the latest is you don't even need to print a label at home, you don't need to package it AT ALL! You just pull up the scan for each item you are returning. They have clear plastic bags on a table in the center area with instructions right there while you are waiting in line (on the socially distanced marked spots). EVEN EASIER than it was previously! You place each Amazon item that has a separate bar code (sometimes I'm returning items from different orders) in the plastic bag (no need for tape or anything!), take it up to the counter with your bar code ready, they scan it, they tape it, place it in a larger crate for one big shipment to Amazon & 'tada!' you're all set! I'm so happy because it also Saves the Environment from extra pollution & extra trash, from extra Boxes & packaging that people don't always take the time to recycle, it saves Space, it saves TIME, it saves all of us!! WIN/WIN/WIN all around! Plus everyone here Debbie (or is it Debra?), James, Kristin, Roxanne, are all wonderful. **So for the ONE time that it was not the best - I had to return something again from Amazon. I called to make sure of what time they closed because COVID changes a lot of regular schedules these days. I was already out & about & told the young gal that I was on my way & about 7 mins away. It was close to closing time so I was cutting it close. I told them I would be there probably just before they were closing, but PLEASE wait for me. When I pulled up right in front of the store, the young gal saw me, but proceeded to LOCK the door right in front of me & another customer. I knocked anyway, because I was there on time, but she was closing up a minute early. The manager came out & actually let me in. I told her that I called ahead & had said I was on my way but would get there 'cutting it close' but still got there on time. The young gal had not let her know. The woman (I think Debra?) helped me anyway, THANK YOU!! She explained that they were trying to close on time & that the machines shut down or something, but STILL helped me out. I truly appreciated this small act. They always seem to 'go above & beyond', rather than 'going thru the motions'. It makes a HUGE difference for us as customers, but also for themselves. I'm always treated pleasantly when I come to this store, but there is one employee, Debra, who is just delightfully friendly and kind. I wanted to publicly thank her for her hard work and great customer service. The store is always neat and orderly and they get to you as quickly as they can despite being a busy location. The only issue I've ever had was technological in nature with a computer freezing up in the middle of my order one day, and everyone was very apologetic. I use this store every time I need to send a package, and will continue to in the future. In the year 2007 you would think everyone knows how to send a package by UPS. Well, I don't, never did it. I needed to send a package for a replacement of a broken scale, and used UPS. I walked into the Round Rock location with the scale in an untaped box with the address on a piece of paper. The person behind the counter said, "Don't worry, I'll do it" Diane, I think her name was, began to tape up the box and do the shipping label. She discovered that I had possibly written down the wrong address. She put the box aside and said when I get home double check the address and give her a call. I got home about 3 hours later and did have the wrong address. I called and spoke with Diane and she corrected the problem and sent the package. She was very courteous, friendly, humorous, and patient. This is a quality you can't seem to find anymore. Congratulations to The UPS Store employee !!!!! read more

I've been ready to make this review for the round rock ups store once my issue was resolved. I shipped a very expensive car part through the UPS store because the price was better than FedEx and they were very nice and willing to help. My rep was Roxanne and she did everything in her power to be sure that everything went smoothly. I insured everything did UPS package guarantee. Well the package left fine, made it to it's destination broken. Roxanne and Debbie did everything in their power to help me get this resolved. Kept me updated and worked hard and made it happen. They helped me with all the investigations that UPS wanted and got me the full amount I insured my package for. They have a forever customer. I had last minute urgent shipment to send on a Saturday and this place really saved me. Debbie was super helpful in figuring out the most economical way to send it and helped me package it.
