We went through so many revisions and they were very patient with me. My only complaint was that communication was rather slow and sparse at the beginning. After I expressed my concern with the lack of communication, there hasn't been a problem since. So kudos to a quickly resolved issued. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I have already had multiple items framed from this location, but recently I brought in four pieces. I piece I asked for some special modifications to the piece and they were able to accommodate all of my requests. You can't even tell where they made the modifications I asked for. The frame materials they use are the best and they really live up to the name "Fast". When I brought the items in, they told me when they would be completed and it wasn't that long of a wait. But to my surprise, they had them all finished a week sooner! The people who work there are also the best. Kate helped me and she is absolutely amazing! She was great at helping me pick out mat and framing, sizing and everything I needed. When I picked up the finished products, they were perfect! They even came out better than I expected. I have to drive an hour to get to FastFrame and there are other framing stores closer. But none do the same great work as FastFrame. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if you have anything you want framed, you'll be so happy with their work.

I think I contacted them on a Monday, and they were done by Friday. And they would've been done sooner except that it rained and they didn't want the water to mess with the decals setting properly. I also didn't have a vector for one of my images and the lady in charge was able to recreate the image at no charge. Lastly, after they had already cut the vinyl I needed a slight modification. I'm not sure how much extra trouble that was for them, but they made it sound like it wasn't an issue at all. I plan on using these guys for anything else I need done.
