It is frustrating that the staff argues with you after sharing they dont know how to use the system. Smh and then turns the screen back to you to figure out which label needs to be printed out. This also may be a personal growth for me and learning more patients. As a small business owner, you have to learn to work with other people, regardless of their lack of customer service skills.

I went because I had forgotten to order a desk calendar on Amazon yesterday but remembered I have store credit. Unfortunately, neither the store employee nor manager could look up that information. Both told me to go to the store's website. After being on a computer for all but maybe two hours today, that is the LAST thing I want to do! But I tried accessing the store credit information via my email. I think that store's emails are being sent to my previous work address. I tried accessing my personal email but couldn't due to WiFi service. So I found a calendar in the last aisle (of course). And being hot, tired, and frustrated, I whipped off my wig, shed a few tears and paid for the calendar. Now that I'm home, I thought to check my Photos. THERE IT IS. All the info I need to use my STORE CREDIT. So today's trip was a waste of time and gas. I'll be returning tomorrow to return the calendar and repurchase it with my CREDIT. Giving me a PHYSICAL CARD would have been so much easier. And value? I don't know what I spent but probably too much. Everything including Rewards program is too complicated to understand.
