    We shipped lots of stuff to a far-away place - including several large original paintings that needed TenderLovingCare. The service at PostNet was friendly, the packing was expertly executed, and everything arrived in a timely fashion, in great shape. Pricing was reasonable.

    Quite happy with my experiences here. I have used it several time to send faxes and other urgent items while in medical offices in the area. What I really like is that with three people working in tandem, they can quickly spot if a Rocket Surgeon is helpless at wrapping or sending an item, put a person on them, and have one helping a customer make copies while another is sending a fax. Quick cheerful, and the fax price is the same as other stores. What I like is that I can order at the food place attached next to them in the same building, scamper over and send a fax or two and get back just in time for my chow. The prices are higher than some for package shipping and far lower than others, so it evens out a bit depending on your need. Always check when pickup for mail or packages takes place as depending on the type of shipment it may take a day longer if it is late in the afternoon and pickup has already taken place or the shipping outfit used has already sent its truck to the substation. Nice folks, good job.

Then they began to patronize me regarding their policies for pick up as if I had never called ahead to ensure in the first place. I went to several different Fedex locations to obtain this information but they all agreed that the package had been dropped off here and signed for at this location. When I came in the next day to retrieve it, I was greeted by a nice but shy younger female employee who could not locate my package. When I asked her to double-check and look again, her manager came over and yelled at me. This woman was combative, rude, and arrogant. She explained to me that FedEx drivers and staff were idiots and that they had messed up, not her. She said they make mistakes all the time and that it wasn't on her to fix it for me. She also refused to look again for my package and then told me, her staff doesn't make mistakes. Ever. She literally said her staff doesn't ever make any errors so they couldn't possibly have misplaced the package and didn't need to look again to appease me. I will never go to this business again for anything. It's not the right way to treat customers, who are frustrated already that they have missing mail. She did nothing to improve the situation. We never did find that package and the whole thing had to be refunded and reshipped, which took weeks because she could not be bothered to just check for me one extra time to help.

Many stores used to have free shipping and free returns. Well, now days, many stores still have free shipping but no free returns. I had to pay $5 to get return labels to ship this dress back. In the big scheme of things, this was not too bad (some stores charge $15+ for returns.) I went to the UPS store with my QR return code and literally, in seconds my return was made. He also gave me a paper copy of my transaction. In addition, I had my left over taco bag in hand and he said I could use a trash can that was hidden underneath a counter. So, super nice of him given that I did not even asked for a trash can. Excellent experience at UPS...

It's a great convenient location, too. But I had an issue with them this morning that I have to share. Their website lets you create print orders to pick up in the store and I used it because I needed copies. They said the copies would be ready this morning, so I stopped by. The shop attendant told me their website doesn't work so my order was not only not ready but it was not even in process. He said I could email it but there is an additional fee to send it that way. Don't take orders online if you can't process them. The shop attendant was so unapologetic and literally walked away from me while I was still talking to him, trying to understand the situation. Don't call yourself a print shop or copy place either if you're not going to fulfill the service. Very disappointed.

I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.
