Unfortunately, their print department must have seen both files in the submission and printed the wrong one. When I contacted them, I was polite and willing to work with them. I even offered to ship the banner stands back so they could just print the correct file and reinstall it. Instead, they insisted they had done everything right and told me the only fix was to reprint (not me sending the bases back but doing the whole project again) -- and that I'd have to pay for it, minus $500. They are more concerned with short term margins than long term relationships. That's not acceptable. I didn't make the mistake -- they did. A company that won't take responsibility for their own printing errors isn't one I'll be doing business with again. If you're looking for a printer for large or recurring orders, find one that values accountability. BuildASign doesn't. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.
