About 3 1/2 years ago, the president of my company asked me to get new standing banners for a trade show in two months. Anyone who purchases banners knows that two months is a short lead time. So frantically I search and found a local option. After deciding on what type of standing banner, we begin the hard work on the art work. A week later, the artwork is approved and the banner making begins. During the entire process, JoAnn worked with me and kept me updated on the progress. Three weeks before the show, we have our new banners. They even pleased our picky president. Why am I writing this now if it happened over 3 years ago? Well, while preparing for our most recent Trade show, one of the banners broke. I called JoAnn at Fastsigns to see if they can fix it. She asked me to bring it in and they will see if they can fix it. They did fix it in one day. Then the second one broke, another quick call and a trip to their location. Second one fix, and the cost to fix them both...... Free. I was so happy with their prompt service and bend over backwards help. The only drawback is they tell you they will call you with an update, they won't. It's a small office so they tend to be very busy. So if you kept in mind that you have to call them for updates, this place is great. read more

They are definitely fast - and inexpensive! Kerry was very attentive and made sure my design was going to work perfectly. I got vinyl stick-on letters from my door, and they were great. Unfortunately, one of my letters was vandalized less than 2 weeks later, and since she has it on file, Kerry made me a new "E". I really appreciate that level of customer service. If you enjoy throwing your money away or feel that as a customer your order is subjective in the eyes of the signmaker, then I would encourage you to give Fast Signs your business. Here in the real world, when I order a simple vinyl sign, not only do I expect to hear back from the company letting me know when my sign is ready, I also expect it to be correct. I also don't expect to be placed on hold for ten minutes or to be told to call back later. I also don't expect to be told "I'm the only one here and I'm doing the best that I can." I am sympathetic to most situations, and I'm a pretty reasonable gal. But I know that if I treated one of my guests in the same respect I was treated, I would have no business. This place is a complete joke. Rusty, or whomever the gentleman is that took my order, needs to find a new place to work. read more

Originally called to ask for a quote. They asked for an email with specifics. After sending the email, I didn't hear back for over a week. Called again and spoke to Andy. He said they had no record of the email. He then gave a quote over the phone, and asked if I could send him more detailed info. 3 business days later, since I still hadn't heard from him, I called the store. Spoke to Joanna in the morning and said Andy just stepped out and she'll have him call me later today. 15 minutes before they closed for the day, I called again, and another lady said that Andy had left for the day. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you. Too many other sign companies out there (that were cheaper) to settle for this level of customer service. read more

I'm happy with my sign - it came out perfect. The only complaint I have is with the lady working up front. You can sense her negativity the second you walk into their shop. It's like she's pulsing negative energy and it immediately surrounds you. She was standoffish, not welcoming, and had a mean mug on the entire time. read more

So, here I am in a predicament. Fast signs is the place that our company, we'll call Pell, uses in there data centers for labeling. We have been using this place for going on 2-3 years and have always had issues with the quality of work. Labels and signs have always had to be re-printed due to errors, impropper cuts , labels would be stacked on top of each other before the ink was dry and would bleed on to other labels. So this last order we had to return 7 times. On the final trip to pick up the re-printed labels we found errors again, and the manager said "no labels for you" and took the labels back (reminisent of the soup nazi). We will now be frequenting another establishment. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have given them every opportunity and love the installers but admin and customer services is horrible! I run a huge commercial property and made them our vendor. Have given so much business in past year and they act like the could not care about any business! Any reasonable person with other choices, even if poor would require a gun to their head to keep this company as a vendor. I have dealt with many sign vendors and as a General Contractor renovating commercial properties and a realtor/broker, I have plenty of experience. Don't even waste a second with them. So when I needed a new sign for my real estate business, I had this idea to do it better than any one else. I came up with a great design and concept that I thought was killer - now how to execute it...? I knew I wanted it to be of the highest quality - absolutely no compromise and I needed it done "yesterday", so after talking with two other companies, I chose to go with FastSigns. These other printers wanted to charge me up to $200 for expedited production, FastSigns didn't. Not only that, but they beat the competitions price. But price aside, I was most concerned about the quality - I have to admit I was on pins and needles, after all, in business you get what you pay for most of the time. I have to tell everyone that what I got was spectacular! The design I had envisioned was perfectly executed. Machine cut aluminum backing with high quality printing and laminating. I showed up late Friday at the production facility to pick it up and even got to talk to the guys in back who did the excellent work.
