I didn't know the business was only doing curbside or how their drop off process was. As I tried to explain to her what I wanted assistance with she yelled so someone who was got out of his car "do we know you?" She didn't look like she could help me with the lamination I needed which was a sealed puzzle. They had laminated one for me I think he past that turned out great. After I saw her reaction, I had enough of feeling like she wanted me to not be there. So I left.

They…read morewere able to get me a 3-foot by 4-foot color poster printed and mounted on foamboard by 9:30a the next day with me only getting them the PDF at 2p. For anyone that's ever used Kinkos or anything else, that's pretty darn quick. They also did it for $75 plus tax which isn't bad at all. It was pretty straightforward to upload a PDF to their website, although it could use a bit of a facelift from the late-90s-style java applet that they use. The did respond via e-mail promptly to ask questions about how I wanted it printed and were really helpful when I had questions. The actual poster came out great and it was perfect for what we needed. The north location will tell you that they "don't do color", but what they mean is that they don't do exact color matching for photo-level, perfect printing. They do color just fine and it matched the PDF I gave them as well as I had an expectation that it would. If you need something big printed, it's always annoying that it takes some prior notice and more money than you want to spend, but at least these people minimize the pain and produce good results.

I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

Long story short I asked him to print shirts for me using a process that prints into the fabric. He said he could do it if I gave him the design by a certain date. I did as he asked. I didn't hear back for a few days, but when I finally did he said he was switching over to a process using vinyl. Although it's not what I wanted he convinced me I'd like his way of doing it and it looks great. They didn't. The shirts look like cheap iron ons you can hear crinkle like plastic when you pick them up. Basically Bharat ran out of time and used a cheaper process hoping to get my money. I lost money on the shirt sales because they look so cheap. I had an email exchange with him which I've posted below where he said he'd take care of me but he never got back, even after an email and a couple of calls. I don't think this is his normal way of doing business, so that's why it's so surprising to have had it happen to me. Sadly, I can't trust to use them again.

Anyone who purchases banners knows that two months is a short lead time. So frantically I search and found a local option. After deciding on what type of standing banner, we begin the hard work on the art work. A week later, the artwork is approved and the banner making begins. During the entire process, JoAnn worked with me and kept me updated on the progress. Three weeks before the show, we have our new banners. They even pleased our picky president. Why am I writing this now if it happened over 3 years ago? Well, while preparing for our most recent Trade show, one of the banners broke. I called JoAnn at Fastsigns to see if they can fix it. She asked me to bring it in and they will see if they can fix it. They did fix it in one day. Then the second one broke, another quick call and a trip to their location. Second one fix, and the cost to fix them both...... Free. I was so happy with their prompt service and bend over backwards help. The only drawback is they tell you they will call you with an update, they won't. It's a small office so they tend to be very busy. So if you kept in mind that you have to call them for updates, this place is great.

When technical problems arose, Rene was able to fix our issues and get us back online without skipping a beat. I'm confident that my firm's Web site is soundly structured, protected from online hacks and SEO-optimized, and designed with the "good bones" that can easily evolve alongside our content strategy. Online presence makes up so much of that good "first impression" you need in business today, and it's been a real pleasure working with a trusted team who cares so much about their craft.
