Hired Pallasart to build 2 websites for my company. I don't have enough good things to say about them. The web developer is beyond talented. I have a development background myself, albeit old knowledge, and he continues to blow me away every time he updates something. I give him an idea of what I want, and he builds a masterpiece of complex code that appears aesthetically pleasant and user-friendly to the end consumer. Couldn't ask for more. Their communication skills are next to none. I know I am not the easiest to work with but they handled my business with the utmost professionalism and exceptional service. We are now in discussions to work on a 3rd website. Absolutely the best web design/development team I've dealt with. Looking forward to future projects. Pallasart Web Design built my website, AustinWineGuy.com, and they were and are the best. Search "Austin Wine" and see my placement! They are great at customer service. As it happens, I am the Forum Administrator for a History Discussion Forum, built by Pallasart, BUT NOT RUN BY THEM. I run the website. The above "review" has NOTHING TO DO with Pallasart. Rather it was about "me". This person was an "unhappy" camper in our Forum, who kept demanding we "fix" and issue that was not possible to fix. Despite being told politely five prior times that the issue was on the user end, not the Forum end, this unhappy individual kept demanding I "fix it" when there was nothing to be done. I did run out of patience with somebody who simply does not understand plain English. There are 4000 active users in the Forum, and over a million visitors a year, so I have a lot of other things to do than answer the same question five times for somebody who does not like the answer. Don't blame Pallasart! They're the best. Blame me all you want. I don't mind because you're just unhappy and sad. How do I know that? Look at all your other reviews, all 1 star rants bitching... Since the unhappy human has edited her complaint, I must correct her incorrect statements and assumptions. "This is one of many responses of this type posted by the design support team" I am NOT "design support team". I am the Forum Administrator and am not an employee of Pallasart in that position. I AM an unpaid volunteer. "staff members should not post messages which are clearly unhelpful and rude" I am NOT AT STAFF MEMBER. I am an unpaid volunteer who looks out over the Forum and the many thousands of FREE USERS who drop in voluntarily and are NEVER asked to pay a dime. "why use the services of this company if they're treating potential customers in this manner?" PALLASART HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FORUM! All they did was build it, for free no less. If you're unhappy with me, that has NOTHING to do with Pallasart! Why are you giving them bad reviews for something they did NOT DO! I run it as I see fit. Pallasart does not have any control over me and how I run the Forum. I volunteered a decade ago and have been spending my time for free to run the Forum ever since. Blame me, fine. give me a zero yelp rating! I don't care. It is uncalled for and WRONG to give a company a bad review for something they have not done and have no control over! You are NOT my customer. You were a FREE user of a history discussion forum. You were never a "customer" of Pallasart thus your negative review should actually be removed. read more

Is an excellent web design company to work with!! I had a very complex website that I needed help building -- the site needed to be both attractive and functional, and I wanted to be able to update it myself as needed in the future. The site had to be SEO friendly and built in a relatively short time frame. The Pallasart team was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They exceeded my expectations, and built a wonderful website that I get lots of compliments on. I work for an interior design firm, and this past year we wanted to update two websites: robinbondinteriors.com, and drapedaustin.com. I was in charge of the projects on our end, and I am so happy we went with the team at Pallasart Web Design! For the company, I needed to make sure that the website looked beautiful, was easy to navigate, felt engaging, and had a user interface I could work with to update the site. For myself, I wanted to work with a team who was knowledgeable, listened to my questions and concerns, and guided me through the web development process. Bob talked our staff through the initial concepts, colors, and layout. He spent a LOT of time listening to my concerns, showing me various options for things we weren't sure about, and taking all the time needed for the site to feel perfect. He has brilliant marketing ideas, and really helped us scale down and target our message. Bob was always available by phone, and I knew every time I sent an email that I would be hearing from him asap! Walt talked me through the technical side - he made sure our SEO was uploaded to the new site, that the site ran through our hosting correctly, and answered my (many) questions about everything I could think of, from how the re-sizing worked for mobile viewing and whether or not the phone number could be pressed (it can), to walking me through the user-friendly editing software they created. Cristian implemented the programming of our website, and was detail oriented in answering all of my questions about the functions and capabilities of the website. He is extremely fast and was great about adding or removing any features we requested. Cristian and Walt were great about explaining the "why and how" if a feature was not able to be implemented, and they and Bob would brainstorm with me to figure out a work around to accomplish what we needed or wanted done with the site. I interviewed many different website designers before choosing to move forward with Pallasart Web, and one of the things that stood out about them was their custom website designs. They program the sites from scratch using PHP (no more Wordpress plugins!) so the websites don't look like a template. Also, the user interface for editing the website is intuitive and easy to use, though Walt still took the time to make sure I had any questions about how it worked answered! I was completely happy with the website design services that Bob and his team provided to me recently for my start-up tutoring activity. They responded quickly to my inquiry, convinced me they were able to do what I needed, and quoted a competitive price. I was a newbie to web design, and my tutoring is geared toward being an affordable community service and not a for-profit business. Bob understood that I was seeing my website more as informational than a marketing tool but also took the time to make sure I made good choices in the text and design to attract potential students through the site and learned the advantages of building a flexible website platform for future modifications rather than seeing some features as things I "didn't need." He patiently walked me through how the navigation worked and the wealth of images and fonts and layout options. His team also helped with my web hosting, domain name registration, and a request form and payment page on the site. They taught me how to add and edit additional pages. We are a Bath and Body company located in the Texas Hill Country. Being in business for 10 years, you would not think that it would be difficult to find a web design firm to build a web site, with vision to help market the business. We had used one nationally known, big ticket firm and a couple of small boutique firms. One was ok, another serviceable, and one was fired within the first 2 weeks of design. Bob, Walt and Cristian did a fabulous job. If you check the market, there are not many web designers that have ecommerce down. Designing the front end of the site is one thing; there are not many firms who specialize in what we needed. We appreciate their marketing ideas and direction. The design of our shopping cart and store has only generated positive feedback. It is easy to navigate and any report I want to run is available.
