Here is the great thing about Pixel Me Pink, they are the perfect blend of artistic design and business creation and development. My wife and I own a hair salon and we needed to re-do our website. I really wanted to find someone local rather than some huge website mill based wherever that just churns out websites. Pixel understood that we needed to have a certain stylistic look given our industry, but also developed a site that did the most important thing...got potential clients to our site and enticed them to take the next step and try out our salon. Awesome job from start to finish-cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

Update: So, I've had Pixel Me Pink cultivate and develop my website for a few years now and I'm still sitting between page 1 and 2 of Google..business has been great and calls keep coming in. I've been popping up on other platforms quite well...Shawn and his team have been doing a fantastic job with my website, Not to mention they reach out quite often to let me know about updates and opportunities we could do to keep me where I'm at....zero complaints! If you are still researching a company to work on your site give them a call! Please keep in mind getting your page to populate where I'm at takes time, this doesn't happen overnight, it takes time. I can tell you they are always making and needed adjustments to get you where you need to be. Just be patient...I STILL highly recommend Pixel me Pink for anyone looking to get their website to the next level!! read more

Pixel Me Pink - Thank you guys!! - Web Design Near Me - Austin, Texas

Terrible. Sean from Pixel me Pink not only took FAR LONGER than anticipated to finish and implement my website, but there were several grammatical errors and other issues even after it was published. The design and functionality of the site is just fine, but the delayed response I've received in follow up support has been terrible. There have been multiple avoidable issues with our website that have cost my team and myself time and money that should have been easily avoid or quickly fixed by Pixel me Pink, and weren't. I would not recommend this company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more

I am beyond satisfied with the excellent work the staff from Pixel Me Pink provided. I am not a computer guru and I was afraid of creating a website for my business because of it but my business requires it for its success. I interviewed with a lot of companies, and even though Pixel me Pink was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, their service, knowledge, and plain and simple down to earth caring people made me want to go with them and I don't regret it! It was the best decision I could have made. their follow up skills are unbelievable! My website is completed and it looks awesome!!!!! It is exactly the way I want it. I didn't know what I wanted at first but with their excellent web design suggestions it is perfection. Their web designers are very knowledgeable and very open to suggestions. They are patient beyond belief and Shane and Audrey are just simply GREAT people. I was able to develop a care for them simply because they genuinely cared for me and my business. You just won't find people as great as them in this industry! I can go on and on with how great they are but you can contact me with any questions if you like before you hire them! I would be more than happy sharing my personal experience with them further is any one has any questions! If you need to create a website and require excellent website design Pixel Me Pink is the BEST choice you have!!!!!!! read more

I was just going through some old papers and stumbled across my paperwork from this company. They promised a custom website and gave me a cheap template. I wasn't a newbie to websites or e-commerce and have had my own website sine 1999. I wanted an upgrade and these people gave me a shake-and-bake product on the level of a WordPess site that a high schooler could have set up in an afternoon. My task seemed to be above their pay grade and I guess they were used to dazzling people who have never had a web site before (I'm not so easily impressed). Pixel Me Pink also tried giving me unwanted business "advice" by building in a free offer into my website (huh?). I prepaid them which was a mistake because they kept $300 and gave me nothing to show for it. No wonder why they left San Diego. They will try to discredit this review, but I have proof of what I am saying. If you want a quality custom site, go elsewhere. read more

I initially had a very basic website set up just so I could get my business off the ground. I desperately needed to have better functionality and design, but I was having such bad luck finding someone to do the work the right way. I'd asked friends for references, and looked on Craigslist to find somebody. Nothing seemed to be working out. From what I've gathered, most website people are only skilled in one aspect of putting a site together... it's hard to find somebody that can make it look great AND work properly. I gave Craigslist another shot and came across Pixel Me Pink. Their clever business name attracted me. But I got a good feeling about these guys from the very first telephone conversation. They came across as very organized and professional. This husband and wife team marry all the skills of coding, design, creativity, etc... I decided to move forward and do a complete re-design of my site. Once we got under way, they gave me a timeline for each step of the process. At first, I was having a hard time deciding on theme/colors/features.... They were very patient with me and offered great suggestions. End result is wonderful! I am thrilled and excited for people to see my website: http://www.tapfever.com read more

i was dreading making the switch to a new company and website, even though I desperately needed it. I researched local (and some national) website companies, talking to over 25 different companies in my price range. A lot of the employees were unprofessional, didn't seem to care other than for the sale and even down right rude in some cases. Shane was the total opposite from the beginning - friendly and warm, with a genuine interest in helping me find the best solution. (Even if it wasn't with their company, although he was sure it would be!) ... (Now I know) he is great at what he does, and I like when someone believes in their ability and can back it up - top professionalism from the beginning! They were well organized with the best all encompassing and easily readable contract that I received. He was very upfront (no hidden costs) and covered all of the bases. Shane is dependable and accountable, a great communicator, and was willing to take the time to educate me and walk me through the process. I knew that if they gave me this much time and attention and did this well on this initial phase, that i would count on them for the rest. And to my satisfaction, they were awesome! I am technologically challenged when it comes to websites... So it was challenging to know how to explain what I needed, much less how to achieve it with my new website, ... But Shane and Audrey were so great - they researched and anticipated my needs and were able to get me what I needed. They took the time to really get to know me, my music, my past website issues, and current needs. They are very well organized with their process and their online basecamp was a awesome way to maintain contact and oversight of the project. There are times in any creative or business project when people aren't always on the same page, miscommunication, have different perspectives or interpretations, etc. I mention this because even when things were not perfectly smooth, they maintained the same greatness. This is a really important insight - with anything, things are easy when they are smooth, but with Shane and Audrey, things are great even in a tricky situation. I commend Shane and Audrey for having integrity and patience to work through any bumps in the road with an open mind, a great attitude, and an overall commitment to customer satisfaction. Audrey was phenomenal to work with! So creative, so passionate! She made the creative process easy and fun! She was right on with the design! Not all creative types are also business minded, but Audrey is professional and kind, accountable and organized. And VERY talented! I love the layout, colors and feel that she brought to me... but she was flexible when my vision was different from hers. No ego here! Hallelujah! My site is interesting and artsy, yet easy to maneuver. She really did an awesome job! They were flexible with their schedule to try and accommodate me when I needed. But they were also capable of giving me time to work on things on my end when i needed it. No pressure. I should also mention their great sense of humor and personable nature... We've had some good laughs here and there! I am so happy to work with them, and am so happy with their work. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND PIXEL ME PINK to anyone and everyone who needs web services. Thanks! Mandy read more

Sean was an absolute pleasure to work with in regardless to edits on my website. We ran into quite a bit of jumps and loops due to how it was initially set up but he was extremely patient and went the extra mile to get through them and deliver as promised. I'd definitely recommend Sean forsure! read more

Pixel Me Pink is an excellent web design company that takes a personal approach to designing a professional website for a reasonable price. They are excellent for first time business owners/entrepreneurs. I approached Pixel Me Pink when I decided to start my own company. They took the time to talk with me in length, understand my business model, then gave me an in depth brief as to how they would design the site in a way that I could understand. They are very flexible with their clients. My business model changed in the middle of their design. After notifying them, they rolled with the punches and did absolutely everything in their power to make the website match what I wanted it to be. I am overall very happy with the website I have with them now. Anytime anyone asks me about who designed my website, I am always proud to refer Pixel Me Pink to them. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a professional site to be made at a reasonable price, these guys are the way to go. read more

If you need web-design, Shane is your guy! You will get top-notch service from these professionals! Expect your needs to be addressed promptly and effectively. I wasn't sure about colors, or design ideas, and I had no idea what a call-to-action even was. They created a strong and refined online presence for my company in record time, and helped me take some of my ideas the extra-mile. The end-product is not only visually appealing, but functional with great flow. It is the perfect main-hub for my company. I plan to have them build more sites for me in the future. And I will promote them to everyone I know in the Real Estate Industry, as well as other Home Services. read more

Incredible firm that truly went above and beyond the call of duty. I worked for months with Audrey and Shane and can tell you that they are great at what they do, professional and patient. Buying a car, a mattress, and finding a good web design company can be some of the least enjoyable buying experiences one can make ( I should know I'm in the mattress industry). :) Because I was cheap and broke I've worked with other design companies overseas and also here locally and I've learned the hard way. I've always ended up with mediocre websites and ended up paying much more than I should of. I finally decided to do it right and find an experienced local web company who was intent with making sure we were pleased. I interviewed several other web companies and these guys stood a part from the rest, mostly because I could tell they would be the easiest to work with and they cared very much at what they do. Their work process was well organized and thought out and made the job run smooth. Shane and Audrey did an awesome job with our site and since our new site went up our business has at least doubled and we are always getting compliments on our site. So if you're looking for a web company these guys definitely need to be on your list. There are a lot of good designers out there but not all designers are easy to work with, these guys have figured it out. read more

It was an absolute pleasure working with Pixel Me Pink on my company's web design. In the past I have enlisted the services of other website designers and found the process to be unorganized and unprofessional. In the end I ended up with a nice site but went through a lot of trouble to get there. However, Pixel Me Pink's web design solutions services were completely differently. From the very first phone call with website developer, Shane, I knew my business was in good hands. They are extremely methodical and stuck to a project schedule. Their coordination efforts and instructions to me where easy to follow and moved the website design along at a very expedient rate. The end product surpassed all of my expectations. I am so grateful to the website designer for their time, effort and talent. Pixel Me Pink gets my highest recommendation! read more

Pixel Me Pink will definitely provide an exquisite website, branding and more. They take you a journey, and really help you pull out the most important and special aspects to what you do... I'm so happy that I picked them. I always had a vision of my website, and as soon as I saw their portfolio, I could see the care and beautiful aesthetic detail they craft into every site. I feel that in this day in age with so many websites out there, it helps to stand out. I had over 10 years of art making, design, business, stuff, discarded logos... I felt kind of all over the place. Their process helped me hone in on what I really wanted to share, and the navigation is so simple and easy to maneuver. I think that's what people compliment the most on my site. Out of all the changes and requests I had, they were so patient and communicative. You feel you're really working with people that care, and they go above and beyond... I feel I've found my web team for life. read more

I was looking for a new web designer after having a nightmare experience with another company for over a year. My 2 previous website didn't do half the things I wanted it to and it was pretty basic. He wanted another $150 per page just let me have access to it. I was locked out of the website that I already paid for and that I was told that I would have access to. Refusing to pay another $1650 i started looking for a new web developer. I literally found pixel me pink on yelp as I didn't want to have a 3rd bad experience and was hoping yelper reviews would help me weed through all the website developers out there. Ironically, when I was looking at their portfolio of work, I saw that they did the website for a skincare client of mine. Their great reviews, their website, the fact that someone I knew used them, and because Shane spent a lot of time with me on the phone and even followed up with me a few days later is what sealed the deal and made me become their client. Pixel me pink has impeccable customer service, patience beyond belief, and excellent communication. They literally went above and beyond the call of duty. I know that though this is my 3rd website, it will be my last, My only real regret is that I didn't find them years ago. Thanks Shane, Audrey, Ben and the others on the pixel me pink team. read more

I highly recommend Pixel Me Pink for web design. I have a small engineering/IT firm and we needed to update and professionalize our website and add functionality. We approached several website designers - both local and national - before settling on Pixel Me Pink - and the end product they provided is excellent. Pixel Me Pink's approach is tailored to the specific client. For the same price, other companies that we spoke to offered a generic / limited choice design and content menu. In contrast, Pixel Me Pink spent significant time talking to me to understand my business, my clients, my employee needs, and the aesthetics and functionality we were looking for. Pixel Me Pink offered both aesthetic and content advice, and included us in every step of the design process. We got prompt, patient answers to our questions and on the very few occasions that I wanted a change to the design, Shane and Audrey were extremely receptive to my change requests. I also appreciated Shane and Audrey's honesty and objective knowledge when it came to both my initial vision and change requests. Based on their experience they felt that a couple of my initial choices and one of my change requests were not the best way to achieve my website goals. They explained their concerns in detail, while making it clear that if I were committed to my choices, they would support them. I ended up concurring with their advice, and, based on user feedback, I am pleased I did. The final website design hit the aesthetics we were looking for and incorporated everything we needed into our website; professional, easy to navigate, user friendly for both external (clients, potential new employees) and internal (employee intranet), great functionality, and very easy to update and change information quickly. They also provide on-going support to assist with updates and changes. In short, I highly recommend Pixel Me Pink. They offer a tailored, cost-competitive solution and easy to manage process that results in a great end product. read more
