I am so grateful for Steven from Frankenstein Computers - he did a masterful job taking the rats nest of cords under both of my huge home office set ups and making them practically invisible! Man, where do I start?…read more I first heard about Speak Social after meeting (via twitter) one of their team members, Rebecca. Talk about a mega sweetheart! As my friendship grew with her, I came to learn more about what she did and the rest of the Speak Social crew. I finally had the chance to meet Brad, Stephanie and Andy at Roll On Sushi's preview opening, and even though it was for a few minutes, I knew that these guys knew what they were doing. Watching them work the event, from interacting with the guests to handling the social media, I really came to admire them. I recently had the honor of attending one of their social media training sessions, and talk about being freakishly thorough! Social media is almost similar to talking about what the meaning of life is, in my opinion. In this training session, they managed to cover the necessities in a laid-back environment, but included a wealth of information for one to take home. If you're someone who has no clue about social media, THIS training course is one you have to sign up for. They lay it all out in simple terms and you leave almost a Pro! I walked in knowing what to do on a personal level, and left with awesome information on what I can do to improve as a blogger AND what I can do for my family's many small businesses. But deep down, I know that no one can do social media for small business as well as Speak Social can. They're just that good. If your business has any social media needs and you simply do not have the time and/or knowledge to handle it all, they are the people you are looking for. And if you're curious as to what they're doing, and want a taste of their "secret sauce for success", they have a training session so you're in-the-know. They don't have any tricks up their sleeves. They're simply passionate, hard-working and truly love what they do. And it's because of these values that your business is bound to flourish in the digital world.

On a very modest budget SpeakSocial created a dynamic Facebook page, increased my "Likes" by 400%, hits on my web site tremendously, and regular interesting tweets that garnered a lot of followers. Couldn't have been more pleased with their work. they are responsive and easy to work with. Nice to work with a group that understands timeliness and the value of time - theirs and mine!

We spent over 90k with this company and have been nickeled and dime for 3k…read more severe tardiness of delivery on a fully spec'd project until the product was released as functional app into both mobile stores in June 2014. I am the one who endured and paid for the training of 3 different Rocksauce PM's. I stuck with your team even when I personally disputed being charged two and then three times for re-educating your team because PM's and your team's lacked the requisite skills to detail what you customer was expecting for delivery. Through out the process of development, Rocksauce PM's were disorganized, not technically capable, lacking in thorough and detailed communication, not to mention that they were often haughty and disrespectful to a paying customer. Additionally, I stuck by Rocksauce when I had to add our own technical PM nearly full-time to oversee Rocksauce's developers. It should speak volumes to you and your team that We endured all of your internal shortcomings and inefficiencies to partner together for what eventually became an moderately successful launch. This final dispute is even more audacious and short-sighted on Peter's and your parts; while you are taking your energies to nickel and dime Us on an invoice that is roughly 3% of the total your company has billed us in a 9 month period, you have done two things: 1. You have completely destroyed and severed Rocksauce's opportunity to generate $50-100K a year (year over year) with a software company that needs an app development partner. 2. You have sunken to the worst possible petty business interactions, demonstrating poor leadership and short vision by forgetting the age old axiom, "The (good paying) customer is always right". We will no longer partner with Rocksauce nor will we recommend your company to any other potential clients in our circles.
