Had a great experience with S&S Computer Solutions! I brought in my gaming PC (Intel i7-10700F, NVIDIA RTX 4070, 32GB RAM) after dealing with some frustrating crashes and performance issues. Issues were fixed in a very timely manner and had my PC looking and functioning like brand new. Their pricing is extremely fair, and the quality of service is excellent. Both Seans are awesome to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It's refreshing to find a computer repair shop that's honest, reliable, and doesn't try to overcharge you. I'll definitely continue bringing my computers and other devices here for any future repairs. Couldn't recommend them enough! read more

S&S replaced the hard drive on my iMac desktop computer. Highly professional and very knowledgeable in their service and products. They were able to recommend me the right hard drive to replace the faulty one and did the work and returned the data to me within a couple of days. Excellent experience highly recommend. read more

I can't say enough about S&S Computer Solutions! I brought my suddenly failing, formerly robust, 4-yr old PC to their office on a hope that they could take a quick look at it and give me an idea of how soon they could get to work on it and what it would cost to fix it. About two hours later, Sean had answered all my questions and addressed all the issues that had been plaguing the PC. He did all this while keeping me informed of what he was doing and what I should do to keep the PC going strong. Good guys and good work. read more

I found this team to be exceptional. I brought in my nearly new computer, and Sean took the time to clearly explain what was wrong, what the repair would accomplish, and provided a very reasonable price. The turnaround was impressively fast, and now my computer runs perfectly. The level of service I received was outstanding, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of computer support. read more

I brought my laptop with a problem that I couldn't solve. Sean 1, and Sean 2, said they would look at my problem (not being able to identify a laser engraver on my MacBook). I got a call telling me the problem was resolved. The price was very reasonable. You leave their shop knowing you received excellent service at an extremely fair price. I HIGHLY recommend S&S. read more

Shawn and Shawn and Justin did an outstanding job in cleaning up our computer...clearing out some 92 viruses and and installing new software to stop malicious viruses. We highly recommend them for any of your computer needs. Their prices are fair and they are very prompt in completing the job, and educational at the same time. 5 stars in our book! We went in with what I was hoping to be a quick and easy to solve issue (cloning an ssd and adding more storage). Unfortunately because we had tried a less knowledgeable repair shop before going to S&S the issue was more in-depth than I expected, the first repair shop had created additional problems during their attempt to fix the original issue. S&S went above and beyond to work with my 11yr old and myself to come up with a solution that would get us to where we wanted to be and repair the additional problems. They were VERY patient with us and took time to walk us through everything, trying multiple options to make it as pain free as possible. In the end we took the best possible outcome and are very happy with the way it ended. We will definitely recommend them and return anytime we need repairs. read more

This is where I go. Working very hard to find the problem and fix it. And as nice to deal with as you will get.

I do game animation development & online education from home, so I actually need a gaming PC at the top of the line. Sean Stanley was incredibly helpful walking me through every step of the process. I've built my own PCs in the past, but wanted to bring in an expert to help me get something really nice, without going too extreme in the price range. Sean nailed it. My PC is amazing! I can stream, while recording my screen, while running Unreal Engine, while running another game on another monitor, and my build doesn't break a sweat. My dream setup! read more

I have worked with the two Seans for years and they are awesome. They really know their stuff. They go above and beyond and are there to help in a pinch. And their prices are extremely reasonable. I can't say enough about these guys and, in me, they have a customer for life! read more

We recently had some issues with our computer. The entire crew at S&S Computer Solutions were wonderful. They took time to educate us, to diagnose some issues and to be respectful of our concerns. I hope we don't have any more issues for a while, but if we did, we would absolutely turn to S&S for their expertise. Tia M - Cedar Park read more

I recently got a new PC running WIN 11. The old one was running 8.1. Big change. I took both boxes to S&S to transfer the data and set the box up. They got it done before the say was over! When i got it home, i had one small problem. I called Sean. He said bring it in and I'll check it out. I had spent hours moving files around. It took him 30 minutes to get it set up perfectly. He was great. He even helped me get iTunes set back up correctly. I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them and never made me feel stupid. That is probably the biggest reason I recommend this business as highly I do and have told everyone I can about them. If you need anything computer related, call S&S. You'll be glad ypu did. read more

I learned about S&S computers through a tech service friend of mine (who works in a large IT department and calls them when he can't fix it). I have taken several machines to them for repair, for just trying to speed them up to full hard drive replacement, extra memory, etc. My job requires high speed, high functioning equipment. I usually have 30-40 windows open at a time on 2 browsers, with several other programs running in the background. When I start to have issues I call S&S. The last time I had issues - I called on a Friday morning- they said to bring it in. They were able to evaluate it immediately. They did not have the equipment I needed in stock but told me to run to Office Depot and get it. I did, came back, handed it to them and left. I stopped for lunch on the way home and about the time I was headed home I got a call and said it was ready. They don't mess around! These guys are great- they have gone out of their way to make sure my computers are running the way they should be and are great at explaining what is going on, what really needs to be done and if you should even bother with a repair. If you are looking for someone to fix your technology issues, do the right things the first time and not charge you a fortune then "The Seans" are the guys to go to. They are funny, laid back, honest, easy to work with, know what they are doing and I have complete faith in having them work on my computers. read more

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had. Came in with an overheating issue with my PC, they were able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem all in the same day. Absolutely an amazing team here and I would absolutely trust them to fix any of you PC related issues. read more

I had a 5 year old computer I had built myself, had a pretty odd issue that made it unusable. Took it to S&S, they did some diagnostics, helped get me pointed in the right direction for part replacement. I did something stupid, when I replaced what needed to be replaced, took it back to them and they corrected my mistake and I think they undercharged me for time spent to be honest. Desktop is back up and running, saved me several hundred dollars overall. Will use again, would recommend. read more

These guys are the absolute best! Gave them a call and within the hour they were diagnosing my son's home-built gaming PC that had mysteriously died. Found out in short order that we appear to need an in-warranty motherboard replacement. S&S refused to take my money. Would go back to these guys with paying business in a heartbeat. I hope our paths will cross again! read more

I happened to find S&S through Yelp and what a local gem! I had a HD that was not reading and after visiting a couple of other places, folks just dismissed me and didn't seem to care about trying to get data off of it. Sean tried various things and sat down with me to explain what he was doing each step along the way. Even though the HD ended up dead for all intents and purposes, I got great service, attention, and responsiveness. S&S is now my go to if I ever encounter any tech issues. read more

Had a Dell XPS tower that wouldn't boot up to the start screen. They were able to diagnose the issue within a day and had it fixed and ready for me to pick up within two days of dropping it off. Really great customer service! And the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!! read more

These guys are amazing!!!! They took a Asus Netbook laptop that I destroyed which belongs to my girlfriend and repaired it like new. They did not hesitate to say they can repair it and their price was right for the job. They saved my relationship along with the laptop. These guys were excellent and honest. Rare combination now a days. My printer died and I called these guys. They told me to bring it over and they would take a look at it. After spending some time with it they recommended that I try a simple component replacement first. They gave me a print out of the component off Ebay that was under $10 . Told me to do this rather then incurring a higher cost by letting them do it. I was pretty amazed at the honesty. So it goes without saying that I will always go back for any PC/printer/peripheral issues. Thanks guys great experience p read more

These guys are great. They saw us with no notice on a Saturday afternoon, fixed the problem fast, offered great solutions to upgrade without trying to sell us on anything. What they charged was so low that I am not going to mention it! If they don't start charging more they won't be around next time I need their help. Overall HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

Sean Stanley goes above and beyond for his customers. It shows that he cares and loves what he does. Always responds promptly when my Mac acts up or I don't quite understand an application. In a previous life I was an Application Development Manager and traveled extensively. Hands down these guys are the best of the best, Honest, hardworking, and meticulous. If you have corporate networking or your home computer it is worth the call and the time. I have tried big name and small companies around Austin and I WILL NEVER take my computers to anyone else, whether we live here or not. It is not worth the headache to try someone else to take care of our families computers needs. Thanks guys!!!! read more

OK, impress me once and I appreciate it, impress me two more times and I'm, wonderstruck, awestruck, and truly amazed. These guys are the real deal, competent, reliable and affordable. They are the only one who I trust with keeping me in business. And that's no Bull! read more

I am very impressed with S&S. The two men that run the business are really good people that focus on giving rather than taking, which is a sure recipe for success. I own a small business. Recently I needed to move offices. I had several other quotes, S&S was cheaper and the quality of work could not be beat. They showed up on time, and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. They insalled, computers, phone lines, security cameras, and Nest thermostat. There was a glitch with Nest Thermostat, Sean worked late to correct the problem without charging extra. This is the kind of business you want to handle all your IT needs. read more

Super friendly, laid back dudes run this place. My computer would not open any browsers, even after running multiple virus scans, bios updates, you name it. They worked some kind of magic so that my computer runs way faster, gets on the internet and I can actually get back to work. Quick turn-around, quality work, friendly service...I would definitely recommend their services. read more

I can't express how amazing these guys are! They are very knowledgeable, HONEST, friendly and they really enjoy what they do. They took the time to explain in detail (in terms that I could understand) why you should always power down your laptop when finished. The best customer service I have ever experienced! Too bad there aren't more businesses like theirs. read more

Just like everyone else says (and no, we're not bots, really), these guys are amazing! Fast, fair and they like what they do. I brought in my teen's laptop with a small but annoying problem - a very loose power jack. If I had sent this off to the manufacturer to get fixed I can't begin to imagine how long or how much it would have cost. Sean (or was it Shawn) fixed it while I waited. Price was just perfect too. You've found your computer gurus, so you can stop looking now. read more

Thank you, S&S! I ran into some issues reimaging my system that were beyond my abilities. I was in a bind in that I needed to have the system up and running for a work project. I arrived at S&S at 4:30 PM and Sean immediately put me at ease and said he could fix the issue. He even stayed 30 minutes after hours on a Friday to make sure my system was back up running. Great customer service! Fair pricing. And good conversation while I was waiting. I will definitely use S&S again! read more
