Michael is simply great. My computer was crashing and I had an idea of what the problem was but didn't know for sure. After a Google and Yelp search for computer repair, I stumbled upon Michael. I was pretty sure with the help of Google that I had lost my hard drive. Michael agreed as soon as he opened it and saw the messages on the screen I had researched earlier. I told him I used to be able to trouble shoot and fix most things myself. I have added RAM many times to many pcs and laptops. I have installed new hardware of many kinds. Anyway, maybe with age or that it has been so long since I did...I felt completely lost and intimidated at the thought of trying this time on my own. I am extremely happy with Michael's ability and customer service! I was having trouble with my laptop running very slowly and I was near a major project deadline. I found Michael on Yelp and decided to give him a call because he was located closeby. He came over timely and diagnosed the problem - my hard drive was giving out. He would have fixed it that day - a Friday - but I could not part with my laptop until Sunday due to my workload. Michael spent most of his SUNDAY afternoon installing a new hard drive for me. I call that above and beyond! The most pleasant part for me was when I got my laptop home and booted it up - everything was there and working perfectly! I was expecting there to be issues but NOPE - everything worked great! He installed a solid state hard drive that should give me many reliable years of service. He also updated my operating system to Windows 10. And I could not get my scanner to communicate with my laptop and he fixed that. For a few hundred dollars he solved all my problems and saved me from spending $1,000 on a brand new laptop I really did not need. Also, I work from home.
