My fairly new laptop would not boot up when plugged in and the battery was drawn all the way down. Took it to Click, was greeted by Tess, and I explained the problem. Tess said let me try something. She plugged it in, help down the on/off button for a while and voila! It worked. Quick, easy, and no charge! Tess was great, knew her stuff, and solved my problem very quickly. Heroes Brought in a dead Alienware with a graphics card and power supply I had bought separately trying to fix the problem. (Had no idea what was wrong). I feared the worst, but they found it was just some bent pins that were shorting out the board. On the original assessment, they had not seen the issue but afterwards checked again unsatisfied with the lack of results and found the issue when I had given up hope. They could have up charged me on a random part or something but instead just charged me for the hour diagnostic and set me on my way. I really appreciate when businesses don't F me over because they can and this problem I had, along with the solution, will keep me coming back for all my PC issues. Everything was best case scenario read more

I have a small business. I used their Georgetown office once before and they were ok when I had a problem with my wifi. This time they would not even listen to my problem since my computer was 4 years old. Don't they sell older computers they have refurbished? It seems they only work with larger companies now. Myself and 3 employees with 4 computers is not enough. read more

I was scammed the end of May. I have been a customer of Click's for many years. However, to be sure nothing was affected on my computer, I brought it in. The service was fast and well executed. They treated me like family and as far as I am concerned, they went above and beyond to insure I felt comfortable with my decision to bring in the computer, and with the precautions they took to insure my system is safe and secure. They explained every step. Thank you Joe and Kevin, it is so greatly appreciated. read more

Travis was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about upgrading and optimizing an existing laptop. I'm very impressed with the responsiveness and support from this place. I brought my laptop in to replace the battery. When I picked it up, the bottom right corner of the cover (display screen) was lose and not that way when I brought it in. The tech said it was no big problem and the way these computers are made they have all sorts of plastic snaps and one should not present any problem. Well not true. As I opened and closed the lid, slowly the edge of the cover started pulling way. Now this is what it looks like and I will have to purchase a new computer. Management says replacing the battery had nothing to do with the cover. Which is true but dropping it on the corner would do it. Anyhow they will do nothing for me read more

My 7 year old CPU from my desktop decided to consume its own hard drive after many flawless years of service. Click was able to confirm that and replaced it with a solid state drive hybrid to disk drive and get it back and running. I felt comfortable leaving it with them as their reviews were outstanding, and they did not disappoint. Their attention to detail and followup along with timely execution of the repair make them my go-to computer fixers. PS - If you don't already, sign up for Carbonite and start having your computer files backed up regularly. Three years ago they restored my life after a crypto virus, and recently saved me again after that hard drive failure. Well worth the $70/year. Now you have been informed, and only have yourself to blame if your machine fails.. Do it. (same as I put on Google Reviews) read more

Horrible service. Our computer has had the battery replaced twice in 6 Months. Again the battery went out and we took it back as it was still under warranty. We were told no warranty and it would need to be replaced a 3rd time. We paid for the name brand battery then last week was told they do not install name brand batteries. This has cost us over $500! we have called twice and left messages for the owner to call us. Or he is never in the office. Never returns calls. Dry poor customer service for as much money as we have spent there. read more

Fast, efficient, gave me everything I ask for! Highly recommend this group for any computer needs.

These guys are great! I have taken my older laptop there a couple of times now. This last time, I was just sure that the new battery that I had recently installed was somehow defective - however they immediately checked the pin in the power cord and noticed that it was bent. Less than two minutes later, they had it unbent and were booting up my computer. They patiently waited to make sure that the battery was now charging, and even did some minor adjustments to the start-up programs so that it powered up more quickly. And the best part, they didn't make me feel like an idiot for not realizing it was something this simple! My husband has taken his laptop there as well, and has always found them helpful and fairly priced. It is nice to know that these are guys are close by when I need IT assistance. read more

I've been using Click since I moved to Georgetown. They've been out to the house to set things up and more recently I took our tower in when the hard drive froze up. Travis listened to what was going wrong and what I'd done attempting to fix the problem, then detailed it all in his typed notes for the file. Charles had to replace both drives and was able to recover all of my files without any data loss. They also had replacement drives at better prices than I found online. Charles and Travis were both extremely professional and polite, and the billing invoice is very detailed in regards to everything they did. It's 3 pages long. Really. Everything they did. I recommend these guys without reservation. read more
