On June 2nd Jason said he had the new hard drive and needed another day or 2, On June 9th Jason said I could pick up my computer and I did. The next day my computer crashed again. So I decided to purchase a new computer and when the tech came to my home to set up my new computer, he asked where is your old hard drive, I said Jason Computer Repair didn't give it back to me. I text Jason I would like my old hard drive back, he lied and said he gave it to me the day I picked up my computer that I must have lost it. I said no you did not give it back to me. I was getting nowhere with Jason so I took my original old computer that Jason said he put in a new hard drive in to A computer Engineer in Austin, What they found inside was an old hard drive, older than my old computer (there was no new hard drive and he did not download my old info onto the old drive he installed. The computer Engineer gave me the proof of the older hard drive and they could not recover any of my data, there was nothing. So I gave Jason another chance and asked him if he would look around to see if he could find my old hard drive and he lied and still insisted he gave it to me. I have no idea what he did with my original hard drive or who has all my old info. Now I am experiencing stolen identity. My Amazon Prime account stolen, I have had to report all my credit cards stolen...it is a nightmare. All my info with user names and passwords were on that original old hard drive, My social security info, my medicare info, etc. etc.....I do not know for sure if Jason sold my info but it is sure crazy that he will not return my original hard drive....Did he put in someone else's computer ? Did he sell my info ? I don't know for sure what has happened to my original old hard drive, all I know is that Jason was the last person to have it and is lying about giving it back to me. I ask how someone can do this and I just don't know unless he is selling info for money? All I know for sure are is that we trusted Jason and took my computer to him on May 14th, I picked up only my computer on June 9th, Jason refuses to return my original hard drive, he did not replace with a new hard drive and charged me for it. It is the worse computer experience I have ever had. If anyone else has had a bad experience with Jason's Repair Service, Please phone me at 512-415-9116 Jason this message is for you; if I find any bad review about my business then you will be in worse trouble. I have never done any Real Estate business with you! Nerds in a Flash arrived late on a day that I was tightly scheduled and asked for considerably more than they had originally estimated (exactly the same job/problem I had described to them)... but redeemed themselves by cheerfully solving my problem and agreeing to the original estimate. Would I hire them again? You bet, but I recommend that you have them come in on a day that you have a flexible schedule, because your own time pressures are demonstrably unimportant to them.

We were at a cross roads with our computer system and the high cost of our online server needs. We decided it was time to purchase a server, so we did and partially had it installed by a company that was referred to us. Big Mistake not checking them out prior... not only was the technician unconsciously late each visit, but dispicably rude and after weeks of getting no where decided we had to get something done. With one mention to a family member of our delimma, they suggested we call RYAN @ CRAY NETWORKS, someone the law firm she worked for had been using for their IT needs for some time now. So, I made the call. Ryan the owner was out immediately the same afternoon, he did all of the things we discussed very competently, carefully taking time to make sure all our needs were met before leaving. He was dressed neatly, spoke courteously, and clearly explained to me what needed to be done to get the desired results we were looking for with our system. We have since had him back for other needs and have been very happy. I'd become very familiar with the Blue Screen of Death a few days prior to giving him a call and tried to fix things myself (poorly), but Shane resolved the issue within a matter of hours, on my time, at my location. He even had the required parts on hand that were an upgrade to what I currently had installed. I even learned a lot just from discussing the issues with him, and I consider myself relatively tech savvy. Oh, and the computer runs better than I remember it running in years. I can't say enough nice things about Secret Simple, and I highly advise you give them the chance if you're wanting something fixed and fixed right.

Nice guy but immediately I new I was wasting money and time. He'd was basically running through a list on his phone identical to what i had dug up on the internet and tried myself. Not even close and I called it after a wasted hour and $160 I called Shane back. He came as promised right on time next day. Immediately diagnosed the problem. ( confirmed my worst fears ). He then proceeded to recover and preserve my data ( most important to me ) replaced the drives, reloaded windows with all the of specialized settings of this specialized system and got me going. Quick, precise , reasonable, I'll never use anyone else.
