We have a fairly sophisticated system across the company but they easily manage it all(MPLS, VOIP, managed servers at collocation, etc.). Whether you have a simple issue like email being down or something more complicated related to a MPLS network for example, these guys are very good at handling all of the "fires" that you run into on a daily basis. You don't get the guy who is reading from a script where it starts off with "is the computer on?" kind of talk, so you are wasting time getting them up to speed on what the issue is.

I contacted them on a Monday morning to cancel my account (the free trial expired over the weekend). Customer service gladly "cancelled my account", then charged me *$375* FOR THE MONTH. I thought it must be a mistake and they must have somehow billed me for an annual plan, so I kept emailing them. They provide polite responses while dodging ALL questions about refunds and licenses. Finally after a week of emails, they told me "Thank you for your great questions. The bill you paid is a monthly fee for the subscription, not an annual fee.". That is as close to an answer they ever gave me, and I finally realized they charged me for all 5 users. They will NEVER tell you directly that they won't be refunding you. They are VERY sly - watch out for these guys. It is worth noting that within the application, there is nowhere to cancel your account - not in the profile, members, account, billing, or licenses, sections, so you have to call. Their customer service is slimy. It's an obvious scam after it happens to you, but the product seems legit at first. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Multiple times he took me aside and asked me leading questions about why an employee would do something or otherwise trash talk them to me. This was made known to the owners, but to my knowledge, they took no action. He created a toxic work environment, though it wasn't NEARLY as bad as several other places I've worked.
