It is advertised as $15 per user/month…read more However, the "trial license" includes FIVE users, and they charge you for ALL of them regardless of whether or not other users are invited. I contacted them on a Monday morning to cancel my account (the free trial expired over the weekend). Customer service gladly "cancelled my account", then charged me *$375* FOR THE MONTH. I thought it must be a mistake and they must have somehow billed me for an annual plan, so I kept emailing them. They provide polite responses while dodging ALL questions about refunds and licenses. Finally after a week of emails, they told me "Thank you for your great questions. The bill you paid is a monthly fee for the subscription, not an annual fee.". That is as close to an answer they ever gave me, and I finally realized they charged me for all 5 users. They will NEVER tell you directly that they won't be refunding you. They are VERY sly - watch out for these guys. It is worth noting that within the application, there is nowhere to cancel your account - not in the profile, members, account, billing, or licenses, sections, so you have to call. Their customer service is slimy. It's an obvious scam after it happens to you, but the product seems legit at first. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Relative to other firms, their base pay is higher than the norm, but their commission is extremely low so your floor is higher, but your ceiling is lower. Whether or not this company is worth your while depends on what kind of recruiter you are on. THE BAD Another review mentioned it: they do have a nepotism problem. One employee specifically is related to the owners and is allowed to demean several others with impunity. Multiple times he took me aside and asked me leading questions about why an employee would do something or otherwise trash talk them to me. This was made known to the owners, but to my knowledge, they took no action. He created a toxic work environment, though it wasn't NEARLY as bad as several other places I've worked. With the exception of this one employee, who likely isn't going anywhere, the company is great and I would highly recommend going there if you think you can put up with his nonsense and recognize his drama for what it is.

I spent almost two years banging my head against the wall trying to manage it myself. You name it, we tried it. We paid for multiple lines, we bought the best routers we could find, changed service providers, threw money at anyone we thought could help us, and consulted with everyone we thought might be able to help us. Nothing we tried was able to fix the problem. We'd pay someone to come out to find that our router had been hacked and the settings reset. They would fix it only for it to get hacked again in a few days. We'd get letters from our different providers that people were abusing the wifi and using our line to download things illegally. We saw Yelp review after Yelp review complaining of our poor wifi. What could we do? We were doing EVERYTHING we knew of. It seemed people thought that we just didn't care but that was not the case. We just didn't know how to fix the problem and it seemed neither did anyone else. That is until Murray from DeepCoolClear came along! I wish I could speak about all the things he has done for us, but half of them are above my head! I know this: now we get Yelp reviews talking about how much our internet has improved! No matter what problem we have that is internet related, Murray has the answer and he has it right when you need it. When needed, he works with our POS creator to work out kinks there. Even when we are just doing things wrong, when it is totally operator error, he helps us out without a second thought. I believe our POS has priority when it comes to the internet so our credit card transactions are no longer affected (slowed down) by a high volume of customers. We haven't received any complaints from our service provider about illegal downloads since DeepCoolClear began managing our wifi. They can produce reports and graphs for us to show us just exactly what's going on all the time when we have questions and they are available 24/7 to answer those questions. I have yet to call Murray and get a voicemail at the end of the line. I guess my only complaint is that I didn't find these guys 2 years ago! Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about them.
