The quality of the printing was atrocious, it was worse than using an iron on, after the first wash colors has bled and parts of the outline were actually flaking off. While I understand that our 20 shirt order is not a big order there is a standard that should be set for all orders. The only positives about the experience was that they got our order done on time (although I would have rather waited for higher quality), and they did discount the shirts after we complained. Do not fall for the slick website, the work is mediocre. Do as I will do next year and find a different shop.

Courtesy/Responsiveness I've worked with my fair share of graphic designers and marketers. No one has been as responsive, kind, understanding, and flexible as Graphic Granola. They genuinely appreciate our business and make us feel like partners. A small nonprofit, we often need to make last minute changes or adjustments, and they're always willing to help us out.
