My company used to print off their own invoices, folding, stuffing, and mailing. This became beyond painful for one to three people to do as we grew our client base. I work in a billing department and inherited the job of locating a company that could print off our invoices with specified requests and requirements and expedite within a 3 day period at an affordable price. My Boss and I made an appointment to meet with a gentleman from PrintMailPro because it was a local business and not too far from the office. We got a tour of the office space and learned how everything works. The gentleman that worked with us was very patient and attentive to our questions. We negotiated a contract and as promised, the contract was emailed to us within a day. We had certain requirements that were promised to be met with (expedited shipping, split invoices by how many pages per customer and use different envelopes) and they were.We were made aware of their limitations and as a team, we worked out a process. I ended up having to work with a few different account managers within a short period of time which made me hope this wasn't going to be an ongoing trend. I like developing a relationship with someone and continuing that, knowing each others expectations and requirements. I never knew of the account management change until I sent my monthly notification e-mail. That would be the only thing that I would say needs improvement. Better communication with your client's that interact with a company representative when there are organizational changes. The initial set up was smooth in the beginning and is ongoing. I have worked with my account manager now for nearly a year and have no complaints. He has been very responsive, a good representation for the business. I do not know in terms of competitive pricing, where PrintMailPro is- but to me it does not matter. They work with our needs, and have never fallen short in regards to their service commitment to us. That alone, helps us bring in revenue for our business and is worth every cent. read more

Think spam phone calls in mass by mail, without the ability to filter out. How about businesses produce something of real value such that they don't have to annoy a million to get 2 sales. read more

I was very surprised when my company was contacted by a representative from PrintMailPro to post our experience on yelp. I am certain that whomever I spoke with thought we had a positive experience with them or called the wrong number. They asked and here is my review. I am not a yelp user but felt that my story needed to be shared (again, they asked), especially as a small business owner in Austin. My company has a strong background in marketing and graphics, relying heavily on our vendors for print. We sent a time sensitive file to PrintMailPro and it took two weeks to receive a proof review. Once my company finally received the proof, the color was completely off. We were accused of poor quality files even after sending the original InDesign files. This was completely out of line and very insulting. We had repeated arguments with their "graphics department" which resulted in taking our file to Office Depot to be printed. We received our cards the very next day with perfect color and clarity and the invoice was 20% LESS than the quote we received from PrintMailPro. Customer service and tact are not a priority at PrintMailPro and I wish a no star rating was an option. My company has used several different print companies in Austin, trying to keep our money locally but I would never, ever recommend PrintMailPro to anyone. read more

This place is really difficult to deal with and if we weren't under a purchasing contract I would not use them. Orders are frequently "lost" but they manage to send the invoice for them. I really don't like the way they talk badly about their production staff, frequently naming certain employees as being the reason an order went bad. I would not use this company if I had a choice. read more
