It was not without it's challenges, but throughout the process AWD was responsive and professional. They even fixed the site in the middle of the night once after it broke due to no fault of their own. I wanted to wait a while to write this review to make sure accurate accounting of not only the sites creation, but also of the ongoing relationship as the site has experienced a slew of updates. So far, so good - they run a great company. My point man has been James, and the lead developer on the project is Ben. Both of these people have been wonderful, patient, and responsive. Isaac, the CEO, is pleasant to work with and straightforward. The only constructive feedback I have is that work often misses getting completed by the estimated completion dates. That said, they have been generous with allowing multiple rounds of edits and feedback, working hard to make sure my vision comes through. Highly recommended.

From the very beginning, these guys were professional and easy to work with. The sales process was easy - I liked how they setup their packages/pricing. Any time I had a question, they made sure to clearly answer it. Their response time to emails and phone calls could not have been better (most of the time, they were waiting for ME to reply!) When it came to developing the new site, these guys made it a cinch. They offered many options and example sites for me to pick design elements from and also provided feedback and ideas. I wasn't sure what I wanted the site to look like initially, but they quickly had me envisioning the possibilities. Through the design process, James was phenomenal to work with. He was extremely responsive and very detailed with his questions about the site and made sure to tell me what to expect during the process. He was very timely and got things done when he said he would. James read my (sometimes lengthy) emails describing what I wanted, and almost always hit it on the head with the first attempt. At the end of the day, the website does everything we wanted and looks great! James has also helped us since the site went live, after we decided to make a couple changes. Their customer service is excellent. Overall, these guys are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new website. I plan to use them for another site in the very near future. Nick, Christopher and the rest of the gang know the right questions to ask. Second, with every Tom, Dick and Harry calling and emailing daily about cheap websites, we decided we didn't want to be another "me too" or variant of some template that others seem to push. Every meeting, every email, has been on point and specific to our needs. The follow through is consistent, communication is just the right amount and we do not feel over or under sold. The mock up's. Our site is not quite ready to be deployed, and that is not by fault of them...I have been too busy to come up with my side of the project (content)...that said the mock up's give me chill's. Many of their observations and recommendations are area's we hadn't considered and their depth of knowledge is evident with every meeting. In my opinion, buying a website from those cheaper template driven companies, or even designing your own with a "Website" builder is a waste of time and money. In truth, I built my first few websites and it has many flaws despite looking fairly decent...We lack mobile responsiveness (critical today), we lack elements that should be incorporated...we lack a comprehensive SEO...etc.. etc... etc....
