From the very beginning, these guys were professional and easy to work with. The sales process was easy - I liked how they setup their packages/pricing. Any time I had a question, they made sure to clearly answer it. Their response time to emails and phone calls could not have been better (most of the time, they were waiting for ME to reply!) When it came to developing the new site, these guys made it a cinch. They offered many options and example sites for me to pick design elements from and also provided feedback and ideas. I wasn't sure what I wanted the site to look like initially, but they quickly had me envisioning the possibilities. Through the design process, James was phenomenal to work with. Since we were setting it up on cement I had to order another base for an additional fee. The person at Fast Signs said my friend didn't mention she needed a different base but I feel like the communication could be more clear. However they did work with me to get the base I needed in time for my event and delivered it my office for free. Later we lost a section of the pole (not at all their fault), and I had to order a new pole segment. I had to follow up several times to get the invoice delivered. They said they could get it in time for my next event but in the end it did not arrive in time and they did not attempt to reach out to me to let me know, I had to call to find out it was delayed. However they did try to figure out the cause of the delay and retrieve it in time, though they ultimately were not able to do so. Finally when I got the pole I discovered they had ordered the wrong pole size. I think they mean well and want to do a good job and help you out but just don't seem that on top of it. I would not go with them for anything high-stakes or time-sensitive.
