I did reach out to the CEO to let him know this, and there was no response, and my order was canceled with a "sorry we could not help you" message from my account manager. She sketched out an example and CND took the drawing and created something to start with. We went back and forth many times on the design and I just didn't feel like it was right. I texted a friend who is a gifted designer and he quickly sent back a hand drawn modification of the design to consider and it was perfect. PERFECT! I forwarded the sketch to CND and they created the sign exactly as it was drawn. I expected this sign to be the centerpiece of our new lobby and once it was installed and turned on... IT IS! People love it and it and we couldn't be any happier. I'm overwhelmed by the level of craftsmanship. This is our second sign to have built by CND, certainly won't be the last either.

We were ultimately quite happy with what they built (our channel letter sign seems quite a bit brighter than our neighbors) though they had some challenges figuring out how to get the electricity into the building (our GC ultimately figured that part out). We weren't quite happy with the first iteration of the drop-down unlit sign - and when we expressed our concerns, they acknowledged the issue and fixed the alignment of the letters, increased their thickness and touched up the backing. Overall, we would recommend.
