Jacob called me during dinner with my wife on her birthday to advise that They were not able to accept the package. While I understand that it was my mistake, I advised Jacob there was no battery and I'd be happy to remove the sticker. He then put me on hold to ask a manager, then came back to advise that They still could not accept the package. I drove back to the location to remedy the situation, and Ally retrieved my package. Ally advised I could not simply remove the sticker, even as I offered to open the package and show the contents that did not include any hazardous materials. She advised it was not acceptable, she had already seen the sticker, but she was more than happy to sell me new packaging. As this was a return with a prepaid shipping label, I was not there to spend any money. Her attitude was accusatory, rude, dismissive, and curt. I advised I would simply take it to another location without the sticker to which she advised rudely that she would issue a B.O.L.O. -. That's hilarious, are you police officers now? Absolutely unacceptable it seems like she was having a very bad day and decided to share that. this could have, and should have been handled so much differently. The package minus the sticker is on the way from a different FedEx with very nice people.
