    Wrong item with the correct photo on the order page that accompanied the wrong item.

    I ordered a custom novelty license plate as a lighthearted gift for my father, who was about to undergo hip surgery. The item was intended to go on his walker--something he'd only be using for a couple of days. Unfortunately, the company sent the wrong item. When I contacted customer service, I explained the time-sensitive nature of the gift and requested both a corrected reprint and a refund due to their error. Instead, I was told I could have either a reprint or a refund--not both--even though the mistake was entirely on their end and the timeframe for use had already passed. This was my first order with the company, and it left me incredibly disappointed. Not only was the gift ruined, but their unwillingness to take full responsibility shows a lack of care for their customers. I won't be ordering again.

    I spent $530 on signs for a big public event that's happening in two days, and what I got was complete garbage. Every single sign is pixelated, our logo looks awful, and it's honestly embarrassing to even think about using them. This company clearly has zero quality control. I don't know how something like this made it out the door. And to top it off, they won't even make it right or take responsibility for the mess. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else--this place is a joke.

    I thought i was getting a great flag . After 75 days of it being put up, the pole popped through the top. A neighbor business took it down and tried to repair it. It made it for 25 days and now the end of the flag where the pole is on top is thread bear. The company saud i would have to " RE-ORDER" with a $ 90 discount. What a waste of money. Never trust their warranty.

    Buildasign's defective 56 star/14 stripe flag

    Bad customer experience. I designed four 2'x3' flags and approved Buildasign's art proof for each flag. One of the flags was a WWII era 48-star/13-stripe US flag. Buildasign shipped me a 56-star/14-stripe US flag. Two other flags that I received did not match their approved art proofs, as well. I contacted Buildasign customer support via chat twice over several weeks and provided photos of the defective flags they shipped me. I was promised that I will be refunded for the three bad flags, but I have never received a refund. I will continue contacting Buildasign until I get my money back. Maybe this bad review will catch their attention.

    pdf was perfect and this is just a small 7" x 10" sign.  No excuse.

    This did not go well at all. I ordered a sign on white metal. Looked good in the preview. Got the signs in in a couple weeks. Illegible despite the .pdf I sent was very clear. There was also many spots on the white background. I sent a note to customer service and a few days later, I got a response that they would try again. After a month from the fist order, I got the second attempt at the sign in. Even worse. All throw always. I sent a note back indicating that I need a refund. No response in over a week after a couple attempts to communicate. I would not call this very good service at all.

    It was only a bumper sticker with lettering. They printed it with an ink jet printer. It came out like crap. Run away!!

Now I have to spend that same amount just to have the back glass redone. I've tried putting up with it since October but it's nearly everyday I'm remembered of the experience. Get what you want! I remember the reason he kept giving was "you can see better". This far in and the car has driven itself nearly all the time. I have cameras and blind spot lights as added support. So in the end, I didn't get what it wanted, it scratched within 2 weeks from a simple belt buckle, I went with a high cost business cuz it seemed worth it, but wasn't. And Texas summer is around the corner. It's just, lame to friends get a much better experience and pay $400 elsewhere. And they got the roof done too. I understand product and pricing is different. Just reference to- I can't even say I got what I wanted/asked for. Not even quality. I gave the "it looks good" response on pick up. Just to keep how unhappy I was from showing.

This is a great crew of guys. They were incredibly patient and helpful while I was deciding on which product to go with and what tint level to select. My truck came out great and they knocked it out quick on a Saturday morning. I've already recommended them to a friend who will be using them in them in the near future. I highly recommend these guys!

    ****WARNING**** I…read morewas the recent GM of this location for 3 weeks. The previous owner sold the franchise to the new owner. The new owner has no idea how to operate a business. For starters the previous owner turned off charging tax to clients and when the new owner realized he wasn't collecting tax he threatened to charge myself and the tinter to deduct it from our checks. I fixed the problem. And told the owner I didn't appreciate being threatened because of his lack of knowledge. Secondly, he's collecting tax on labor which is cheating clients. It's is NOT a retail business, it's a service. You don't pay tax on labor, secondly if you want to collect tax on tint you have to have an itemized receipt. Once I brought this up the new owner didn't care about what's right... he doesn't know tax laws. Please stay away from this location. Go to Round Rock or the Austin location where the ownership has a clue. If you've been to this location in the past month and paid money I would fight the charges. You have been taken advantage of.

I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.
