We were ultimately quite happy with what they built (our channel letter sign seems quite a bit brighter than our neighbors) though they had some challenges figuring out how to get the electricity into the building (our GC ultimately figured that part out). We weren't quite happy with the first iteration of the drop-down unlit sign - and when we expressed our concerns, they acknowledged the issue and fixed the alignment of the letters, increased their thickness and touched up the backing. Instead we got a "blog page" that we never use and told Chris repeatedly that we did NOT want.
