If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I found a download I liked online and Jeremy was quick to communicate with me and assure me that the invitations would turn out beautifully, and they did! They even added a shimmer paper to my invites which made them even prettier. The best part of all? I was able to have these printed for about 1/3 of the price had I used an online wedding vendor. The invitations turned out so good that I went back to P&B print a few months later when I needed a table assignments sign! Again, much cheaper than if I had purchased the printed sign offline and the quality was beautiful!
