I was looking for a place that could print a poster that wasn't the usual aspect ratio, and stumbled on to PostNet. I made an online inquiry, received a very prompt reply, and exchanged e-mails with the business owner, Greg. I ended up submitting my request to print a graphic image on foam core board. The service was quick, the price reasonable, and the quality very good. Given this was my first experience having something like this done, I was very pleased. Everyone we worked with was friendly and accommodating. We expect to have other printing needs, perhaps for photographs and/or business cards, and wouldn't hesitate to return for these. I found myself in need of a Notary Public to watch me sign a legal document. I did not know where to go so I looked up Notary Public in Round Rock. I saw Postnet on Gattis School Road by Red Bud. I hate doing this kind of stuff why do I need to pay to have someone put a seal on my signature. I was not looking forward to this errand. I went on a Thursday afternoon around 3pm this must be a great time to go places because there was only one customer there at the time. I did notice while I was there other customers were arriving. I was waited on by one of the staff and got my Notary handled, bought an envelope, put the address on it and mailed it at the same time, wow great service. The Notary cost was $12. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I could see this location very crowed during the Christmas season but going to the post office is always pain for me because of the long wait lines. The staff here was great. The do a lot of stuff here, they were busy wrapping boxes for mailing and other general items for their customers. I will keep that in mind. So I am glad I found this place I will use it again when I need mail services (etc.). Would I go back? Yes! read more

I was looking to have about 50 business cards made the owner said he doesn't do anything under 100 cards So I agreed the guy then goes on to charge me 35$ plus a 40$ "same day fee" and a extra 15$ for a extra logo I wanted on the card he also said he usually takes "security deposits" for printing a mock copy of the card after nearly spending 100$ for about 100 or so cards I go home to find the cards Misprinted after I specifically wrote everything down I take the cards back and the owner tries to get me to pay a 40% "misprint fee" after walking out the owner then chases me down to say he is now willing to print them for free which is the only reason it's getting two stars if your looking for business cards I suggest Office Depot where cards are 10$ for 50 I would not go back to them they do not do good business and I feel the owner is looking to swindle people out of a quick buck read more

I learned something today. I will NEVER use them again. Paid way too much money to ship a package. I should have walked out.

So there was a combination of issues with this location. 1) I need a time sensitive legal document notarized and FedEx ground to a location. The Notary stamped the doc and I paid the $12 for FedEx and was on my way. 2 days later I get a call from the lawyer stating they had received the doc but the notary had stamped but failed to SIGN it. Making the document null and void. As well as the shipping a waste of money. 2) Going back to have them correct their mistake, I walk in and am told by the notary that she spoke to owner and she was unwilling to wave any shipping fees but would give 10% off!!! I asked that she please call her "boss" and let me speak to her. On the phone I had a back and forth yelling match with the owner, where she actually told me, "you let me finish!". WHAT??? I was blown away by her rudeness. After I explained my side (once she stopped talking) she agreed to wave the fees... As a business owner/manager you are responsible for keeping costumers happy. I am NOT happy and all over $12 shipping cost... I will tell anyone I know about my experience with Postnet Round Rock and the women on the phone (Ladonna I believe?). Greg at PostNet has done my business cards twice -- one set of 100 temporary cards while I was waiting for my extra-complex "real" cards to arrive, and 1000 new and amazing cards for my event planning business. I've gotten constant compliments on how great my cards look as I pass them out, which is exactly what I was after with my hand-drawn, embossed design. Since he did such a great job on my cards, Greg will also be doing custom name tags for my partners and me. I just left this RIP OFF place and I will never go back again. I needed 2 black & white copies printed, I had to signed them and then have them scanned and emailed back to me. I usually go to Office Depot in PF, but they were busy today, thus this place was my back-up plan. NEVER AGAIN. I was charged $6.44 vs $.84. let me make this clear EIGHTY-FOUR CENTS. That is a 766.67% increase over OD. Shame on Post Net. I am not done with my complaint. I am taking this to the top. I own my own Security Company & use this location to prepare my business proposals, cards and brochures. My problem with this location is not the product but the service. I came into the Gattis School Rd location this afternoon to fax off some paperwork when my 2 year old daughter needed to use the restroom (she is potty trained). The female owner told us, there was no restrooms at this location. I told her, "I've used the restrooms here before" and she then advised me, "She has to clean them!" I said, politely: "ma'am, she's 2 years old how much mess will she make?" She responded; "Sorry, that's policy, I'm the owner" So, I left and called the corporate office to file a complaint with a wet baby! The Corporate office told me "that is not good business, and they are sorry to hear that!" They will investigate the incident. I am highly disappointed in this incident and will no longer do business at this PostNet and hope anyone reading this will do the same thing read more

I own a small business, and was referred to Greg at PostNet a little over 4 years ago now. They are not really that close to my office, but I decided to give them a try anyway. I use them for all of my printing needs and have even had them help me with some of my advertising campaigns. The distance has proven not to be an issue as they have been having our orders shipped directly to us, delivered via courier, and on several occassions... Greg the owner has even personally delivered them. Once, I even emailed them a flier that I designed and not only did they print copies for us, but the supplied a mailing list of household to mail them to, but then they addressed, folded, affixed postage and mailed them for us. I hate going to the Post office, so when I found this place close to my house I was very excited. The fact that the employees are so friendly and helpful is just an added bonus. I have been in there several times to ship packages and received excellent service. At Christmas I accidentally shipped a package with wrong carrier, and they gladly exchanged it for me. Only for me to later realize I actually didn't need to ship the package at all. I called them later that day, and they held the package back for me. This was during the busy Christmas rush, and they were still very kind and patient with me. As far as I'm concerned, this is the only place to ship items from now on. read more

I was trying to print my wedding programs on trifold paper I bought from hobby lobby. I was turned down by 4 different printers and some didn't even want to try to help because of the type of paper. One printer place told us that because we aren't only two weeks away from the wedding we wouldn't even be able to find someone to print them that fast. Then a friend recommended PostNet to us and I called to see if they could help us. Without even seeing the paper they told me they would help me. They reformatted the text, and helped us with other problems we had. They called us 1 HOUR later that same day and told us they were ready to be picked up. He was SO nice/easy to work with. RIP OFF!! I went in to get 3 basic items printed off a USB drive I provided. Literally just put the drive into a computer and press print, there was no formatting needed. I received my prints and then proceeded to check out. I was charged $4 for computer time!!! I was never told there would be any computer time cost for them to print out files. I was not happy and you could tell they couldn't have cared less. I let them know that they should tell customers up front about a $4 charge to simply print a file and she told me to tell the man who printed it for me myself. She didn't want to do it. Absolutely absurd. Please go elsewhere if you need something printed unless you want to be robbed. read more

I have had occasion to use Greg (owner) and his staff at the Round Rock Post Net on a few occasions now, and I have found them professional, value-priced, and very eager to please his customers and get the job done right. Most of the time, everything is done perfect the first time, but people are human and there was one set of business cards I ordered for my business that did not come out quite right the first time or even on two subsequent tries (one of those "cursed" orders -- I've had them once in a while in my own business too). He had used an out-of-town vendor, and the vendors had not checked the quality of the output before shipping them to Post Net. Greg provided friendly service with a smile each time and did whatever it took to get the job done right. After the vendor screwed it up 3 times, he stopped using that vendor for ALL orders in his store and found another one that had better quality control, and the cards were great. His store is convenient, his staff is friendly and professional, and they do whatever it takes to please the customer and get your job done right. Old fashioned "good business." I have done business with this store a few times however I will never go back. I needed to mail a Christmas package and went to postnet because they are convenient ( not speedy by any means). They told me the cost to mail the package would be $30.00. I was rather shocked at the price and decided to take it to the post office. The post office price to mail my package was $12.00. Postnet is gouging their customers with their excessive rates, more than a 100% increase. That is ridiculous. I have had the exact same bad experience twice now. The first time I decided to let it slide, but now that it happened again I can't help but shake my head in disgust. I went in to Postnet on Wed. Dec 18th, 2013 to ship out two small books to my parents in California. I told the girl that I wanted to ship it the cheapest way possible, to which she replied it would cost $18. I asked if that was the absolute cheapest way, and she said it was. I told her that there is no way that that is the cheapest method, to which she gave me attitude and said "Yeah, that's like on the boat." I told her that this happened to me last time and it wasn't until I questioned them about it 3 times that they finally gave in and actually gave me the cheapest method instead of trying to gouge me. Once again she gave me attitude and said "Well then just go to the post office then. You'll see." So, I did just that the next day and whatdya know, it came to $9.50 for priority delivery guaranteeing delivery before Christmas. They are shady crooks over there and they train their employees to deceive . I will never go there again. read more
