I am so happy to write this review and highlight a young man who helped me in the store. I walked in with a heavy package, and Bryce asked me to set the package on the counter so I did not have to hold it. Even though he was taking care of another customer, he was empathetic and caring towards me. When I mentioned that I needed to retrieve another package from the car, he did not hesitate to ask me if I needed help. Bryce came out to my car with me and loaded my package onto a dolly. Most customers wearing masks. Store employees? Not a mask in sight. I asked an employee why employees weren't wearing masks. She replied, "We're not required to." I politely responded saying, "I'm not required to wear one either, but I respect you and care about your health, so I'm wearing one." She replied, "I understand that, sir." I needed to ship 2 gift cards to the Dallas area as Christmas gifts. They were in 1 manila envelope. I asked about using USPS & was told there would be no guarantee that they'd get there prior to Christmas. Yet if I wanted to guarantee I should use UPS. I paid $29 & they were delivered today. This morning I googled USPS guarantee delivery & I could have spent $7.50 for priority & they would have been there within 3 days max. I feel that I was misled & my money stolen from me. This is not how you do business...especially in a time when businesses are hurting to just stay alive. You don't lie to customers only to make more money. I would not recommend anyone give this store their business as they are dishonest. Definitely the last time I will step foot in their doorway. read more

Deceptive and unscrupulous business practices is how I might describe my recent experience with this store. I received a notice via e-mail that I had received a package and it was ready for pickup. Intrigued, I got in the car and made the trip down there. When I arrived there was no package. Instead I was handed a renewal offer for my tiny mailbox- and the price was MORE THAN DOUBLE for the same mailbox and services I retained just last year. It appears that I was lured into signing up at a reasonable rate, only to get kicked in the crotch for the renewal after operating my businesses with the new address for an entire year. Given the giant hassle involved with changing a business address, especially from a mailbox outfit like this, I bet most customers would just suck it up and pay. Aside from this spectacular price-doubling maneuver, the service is pretty good. read more

Was very displeased with customer service. Came in to get something notarized. An employee, Hector, came over to help, but just as he was about to start a friend of his came in the store. He completely stopped his work and walked away to chat. Actually left us standing there waiting without saying a word, just walked away. After about 5 minutes, he looked over and saw me staring at him waiting. He then asked for one of the other employees to help us. She at least was helpful. When I left 15 minutes later, he was still talking with his friend. Very unprofessional. If I did that to a customer at my job, I'd be looking for a new job. read more

If you need this UPS store to print your shipping label provided by the company you're sending a return to, this store will charge you a $3.95 service charge plus a 10 cents printing charge plus tax to print the label, resulting in a charge of more than $4.05 to print a small shipping label for your UPS package!!!! That's a $4.05+ charge for 1 page to print. Needless to say, I left and will get the label printed elsewhere and will take my package to another UPS store. read more

Twice I have been to this location on Palm Valley. Never again!! Today I came by at lunch , i needed a small box 10x10 I had a ups pre paid label. They charge me 10.73 for a box. I paid it and after looking at receipt i see the box was 4.40 and 3.75 packaging, then another 1.7? for materials. I asked why i was charged this much, women behind counter says that is what it cost for us to box it up and tape. I said i just wanted a box, i have tape.... i then said.. i would like a refund. Manager shows up and doesnt seem to care that i am upset, spends 10 mins trying to issue refund and then does it for 1.00 more than the amount. RIP OFF!! Stay away!! horrible customer service skills. I used this UPS store to bring back my ATT equipment. Bobbie was the young lady who tended to me. She was welcoming. Immediately asked if I needed help. She was pleasant and efficient in doing her work. She explained how the return process worked. She gave very clear directions about me keeping the paper work to insure that I could validate that I had indeed returned the equipment to ATT. I had a great experience here. read more

The lady who was helping me was an angel! So professional and patient with my ignorance! This was my first time to Texas and I tried to make sure all of my business affairs were squared away so I did not need to do anything while in Texas but my daughter who is going to school in Idaho did not receive some important papers. I guess they were lost in the mail. I had to print up the form and fax it to her school and it was urgent! I even thought before I left that I'm not sure I trust that my shipment will arrive. Sure enough. My sister also mailed something that day. Her mail never made it to its destination either. I don't think it's coincidence. After reaching out with receipts of proof that an item was in fact dropped off to be shipped, she received an ugly email from Assistant Manager, Bobby, basically accusing her of lying. She wanted to see the receipt for payment and not the receipt that they printed while she was in the store. My sister produced that receipt and the end is still yet to be determined. Either way, if you want your item to get to its destination, use some other shipping/mailing center. This place can't be trusted. read more

I would give this place zero but there is no option to do so. On two previous occasions I have had negative experiences with this business but I thought I would give them another chance. As someone who has been a small business owner, I tend to support small businesses, however, not all businesses deserve support. I called today and spoke with a woman that answered to inquire if I needed the return info for a package going back to an Amazon seller or would the email suffice. I told her that my printer needs repair and asked if I would be able to get it printed there. She stated that there was no cost for the copy but that I could email it to them and that there was a charge of $3.75 to access that email. Are you kidding me? OMG! This place is the best! I had a SERIOUS deadline to get documents to a P.O. Box in NY. A lovely employee named Felicia gave me all of the info I needed in order to get my documents there on time. She informed me of USPS locations that could get my I documents delivered on time. It was close to 5 so I'm order for me to make my deadline I had to get to USPS with only minutes to get there. She gave me directions and even offered to wait and stay open for me just in case I didn't make it. Allowing me to come back to her location to try other methods.
