This UPS store is a great value to the local community. They provide so many essential services and provide such wonderful customer service. Everyone I have ever spoken to or done business with in this location has been kind, helpful and courteous. I've had notary services done here, I've bought shipping supplies here, shredding is also a service provided by the store. They have copy machines, and more. I visit the store weekly to mail packages, which is such a wonderful service that they provide for free to the public. I highly recommend this store for all of your mailing needs, shipping needs, notary needs, copy needs, and more! The store is always clean. This is kind of embarrassing but I only recently found out this UPS store was here. One problem of living somewhere for 13 years is you find the closest or best location when you move in ... then use it forever. My husband sent me to return something from an internet purchase. I agreed but commented how much I hate driving "over there ( the long-term place). He looked at me and said, "Go to the one by "your HEB"! (I prefer the HEB on University. He prefers Palm Valley.) Shock of all shock! This UPS Store is closer, cleaner, the staff us really nice, patient and helpful! I was in and out in minutes. Yes. This location just became MY UPS Store. Well... not mine. Ours. And not Ours because someone else owns it. We may still prefer our own HEB's, but we are united in loving this location for our shipping needs. read more

5.15.22 Wowza. I knew that the ups store is a little more expensive to ship than going to an actual UPS location but Holy smokes. They're even crazier more expensive than I thought. I usually only use a ups store to do amazon returns. I purchased two small boxes from Walmart for $1 each to use for shipping. That is to give you an idea of the size of boxes. Filled both of em up and just left the ups store. Unfortunately I feel like I got taken for a ride. $97 for those two boxes. Nothing declared over $100 otherwise it's an obvious charge like any shipping place. So I kept it under the $100 value of each box. I know convenience costs. As it's a Sunday that I'm here and they're open to ship when UPS facility and FedEx ground isn't. It is A LOT more expensive to use a ups store to ship. The boxes didn't have any heavy items in there. There is one glimmer of light with this transaction. I was in shock of how expensive the price was and the employee knew by my reaction, so she was kind enough to extend a small discount my way which helped and it was very kind of her. Kudos to her and her great work at customer retention. She has nothing to do with their costs. Thank you thank you for your help. I didn't get her name but she was in the process of training a new employee. She was great. Very clean facility. Ease of parking. read more

Very disappointed. I have used this store many times over the years. I made an appointment for a notary at 3pm. I arrived at 2:30 as I was nearby. I waited only a minute and the young man asked if he could help me. I said I have an appointment for the notary. He said "our notary is not here" (almost expecting him to say he'll be back from lunch at 3). I said "I have an appointment". Then the rude female employee chimed in "He left at 2pm. You need an appointment at this location for a notary" I said "I have an appointment at 3pm" She looked surprised. Said I could come back tomorrow. I told her I needed this today. I typically get good service at this UPS store. However, today, I had a package to mail and I had a mailing label as a PDF that needed printing. It was already paid for. They wanted to charge me $2.35 to print the label. Are you kidding me?! That's really poor customer service on their part. It's a UPS label that's already paid for!!! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION for notary purposes. They charge $7 dollars for every stamped page. Neither of the store employees disclosed that fee, one of which was a co-manager. I have gone to two other locations prior to this one. One locations is off 79 & the other in Georgetown, the total fee is $7 dollars at both stores & may I add, price was disclosed every visit. My total for the notarized papers ended up coming up to $42 dollars!! WoW!! The employees stated every store has a different owner and it didn't matter how much I paid at the other locations, this is there fee and that was that. Very rude and snarky. Very rarely do I take the time to write reviews, this was a must for me. How can other locations have the same fee but this one feels the need to charge $7 dollars for every stamped page but not disclosed that, especially when all the other stores follow the same guidelines? Very disappointing not to mention it is the SAME store, so should have same fees. Seems like this owner wants to get one over on his customers. I'll make sure to spread the word, I would hate for someone to find this out at time of checkout. Be better, do better read more

Do not use this store... the post office would actually do a better job! Sent a package Jan. 8th. Got notified by recipient that package had not arrived. Sent her a copy of the delivery notice. She tells me that it was sent to the wrong town. Start claim with UPS. A week later start claim with store. A week later get a call from someone at UPS telling me package was delivered, when driver asked if Lisa was home, was told no she was in jail. Driver left package anyway. Fast forward another week to Jasmine at ups store, shared all I had done and about phone call. She stated, "well, you've heard more than I have." She called UPS, a check has been issued for less than the amount of value. She says,"there's nothing she can do because she doesn't do claims." Call the number she gives me for claims...she has to call them! Uhm, she just told me she has nothing to do with claims! I am a little annoyed by this time and referred to the box as a damn box and she starts telling me not to cuss at her. I have no hope of getting this resolved. Hopefully other stores in the area treat their customers better. I'll follow up when this is resolved.... Update...after several calls between the store and UPS claims and no less than 8 emails, I am getting all my money back! This is the final email from the owner... Ms Cave, Once again UPS lost you package that was only shipped through our store. I am sorry you have spent hours on the phone and emailing for $20.00. UPS is paying you for the claim made on your behalf of $42.60. We will provide the other $ 20.00 once we receive your check Julie Wells It's a little condescending to me...20.00 is 20.00 and it is what is owed me! I would have fought this for $1.00 of MT money, just on principle alone! PS she offered me a $20.00 credit in her store....seriously! read more
